How to install LoungeKey APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download LoungeKey APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.loungekey.android-v6.38.0-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

3 ★The App was working just fine ... now all of a sudden it's had a moment of madness and now I cannot log in. I thought I was going mad so I used the same log in details on the web based page, this worked fine. Tried to log in again on the App using the exact same details and I get told that I've tried to log in too many times and we keep going around in circles. Not sure why it has now decided it doesn't like me and doesn't allow me to log in.
2 ★It takes long time to get registered
1 ★Degrading experience with every update. The app did not require an internet connection before. Updated version is now forcing you to connect to internet and logging in. When you are entering an airport in a foreign country and don't have a connection how are you supposed to find out about available lounges? Having to do the search before your flight when you are still connected is an extra constraint reducing the usefulness of this app tremendously. This completely disregards true customer needs
1 ★Hi I have installed this app and having couple of cards providing me this benefit In the last two days the app is not logging...with both IDs that I am having....tried reinstalling..still the same error message. But in the browser it's working ...but the QR code is not displaying... What is the issue...I am fed up...
4 ★App works, but does not seem relevant. All I need I can see on the webpage without even logging in. I still have it just because, but don't see myself using this a lot. The web version, however, is convenient for checking what is available and where.
1 ★my experience was horrible with this app. the most straightforward scenario was to register as a new user, after I filled up a whole form wasting my time, the residence drop down was empty and could not choose any option and therefore could not submit the form. what a disappointment and waste of time.
2 ★When I log in it gives me a message that you are currently out of range of airports in our network at the home page. I tried searching for HIA, Doha Airport but it did not give me any search result. However the website is working fine.
2 ★There doesn't seem to be an option to identify which card is associated with a particular account. what's more surprising is how difficult it is to get a sensible response from Customer Care. I keep asking which card and they keep resetting my password!!
1 ★This app is written by less then amateurs... I wonder how big banks like Citibank accepts to go in partnership with such incompetent companies. I tried one version after the other and cannot access my account... I can do it from the same phone through the website. I think better to take it off from the Google play store... it is an embarrassment...
4 ★The app shows only limited airports with LoungeKey lounges. There is no VCE and BCN and many other airports that have the LoungeKey lounges but not listed in the app. Have to use web version as this app is unusable. Its a shame it was released with such a major issue. Issue is fixed now.
2 ★At the beginning the app worked perfectly but after the new update this new problem has started. We cant signup with the new card bcoz we cant add the capture key. Without adding the captha key we cant validate so pls fix the unknown error cant login thing i will give you 5*. Thank you in advance.
