Even if you will listen to music in Spotify your progress on your audio book will not be lost. Just come back to this app and continue where you left of.
I'm myself and avid listener to audio books and was surprised to see that no one has developed an app like this before. Being a developer I started this project which is still in beta but has served me already many months to keep the progress on my audio books.
