5 ★Audiobooks has been a lifesaver. Back in 2001, I had a very bad bicycle accident where I was in a coma for 6 months. Prior to the accident, I was an avid book reader, often tackling 5 volumes at a time. Unfortunately after my accident, I was simply incapable of doing that. Because I still love books, Audiobooks has been a total life saver. I can't thank Audiobooks enough for this salvation.
4 ★Love this app! It's super cheap. So far I've found out you get 1 book for 12.95 or cheaper a month. The price for the monthly fee is cheap and the book prices are not that bad depending on what ur looking for. The only problem I have is when I connect my wireless earbuds to it. It sometimes kicks me out and I cant turn off my phone or close the app or it will kick me out. It really has its ups and downs but still love it
1 ★Terrible, glitchy app. Book wouldn't download, even after following suggested troubleshooting steps to delete the book and the app (multiple times) and reinstall. No response to messages to tech support. Don't waste your money. Would even go so far as to say it's a scam as you don't get what you pay for. I would give zero if I could
1 ★from what I remember the app was not at least at that time easy and quick for me to understand how to implement it however, I understood later that that could possibly have been for security reasons! I love the app it spoke volumes about how good your app really is that a recent Bible study that we were talking about acts 10,, that pastor Fabian and brother Joseph listen to!!!
1 ★Was working fine until one day it stopped. Said there was no audiobook. When I tried to redownload it just wouldn't. Update: even besides that bug there are tons of other bugs. The app totally freezes on me and once I start playing an audiobook I can't do anything to it - even when I close the app it keeps playing. It's actually impressive how you managed to make something like this.
5 ★Downloading problems Galore downloads are... problematic to say the least. either the download gets stuck downloading the same track over and over again, or else doesn't even bother downloading. doing an uninstall/reinstall to see if I can download the 4th of 7 books i bought as a series. FIX THIS SOON! when you do, I will bump up to 5 stars. edit: the uninstall/reinstall, reboot of phone fixed the issue. download glitch I am guessing.
5 ★Love this app! If you want to pay the membership fee, it is low and you more than pay for it with the reduced cost of the audiobooks. I also love that we can have it on multiple devices. My husband can access it for long trips on the road, my boys listen to books as they work each day, and I can listen to them as I go about my day. Pretty good selection of books!
5 ★Love how easy downloading is to my devices. Only wish I could have a spot to store books that I've already listened to. Then I wouldn't have to surf through all of them when looking for a new one. I did arrange them to newly downloaded to make it easier. I enjoy the books, I travel a lot and audio books help pass the time.
1 ★This app does not require but keeps on insisting that you share pretty much every permission there is to share on your mobile device. It clearly doesn't need any of those permissions to function as I keep on hitting deny period but every single time I open the app will pause the app? And I always have to hit tonight over and over again.
5 ★I have the flex pass and that allows me to buy a LOT more audiobooks. My job allows me to listen to music/audio while working and I go through a lot, and the prices are very reasonable. Also, I listen to a lot of fantasy, and this site has a wider selection of authors than some others I've used.
3 ★I like the price for service, it operates well ( no problems so far). I wish it had a larger library and I don't like that they're trying to buy ratings. $5 rebate for 5 star rating. How about they just give a one time rebate for using the service.
3 ★Simple and good selection of books. Bought a book, but I had to replace my phone. Now that I wanna listen to it I get the following: please download tracks to listen. I have spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to download. The error should also say how to fix it!
