1 ★I had exactly the same problem as Gerald - unable to access the Wheel of Fortune reward as it continuously logs you out. This was before the 10th of June and now I have lost any chance for June as the reward is only for the first 10 days of the month.
5 ★I enjoy the app but for some reason I have to join the rewards program everytime I log into the app. Why is this? Should I not just have to join once? Also, I entered a competition on the app and placed 5th place. The top 100 were going to win prizes but I have received nothing. No notification. Nothing. But winners were supposed to be notified already. I've checked my details and it's correct. Edit: Got my reward. Great stuff. Thank you.
1 ★I wish the developers of the dstv app sort the issues with the rewards programme, most of the time I cannot even claim the rewards, there is so much problems, it says oh snap something went wrong, it has been 2 months and they did not fix the problem, really bad service from DSTV
2 ★App not suitable for rewards. With rewards this month, I tried to spin the wheels and it tells me to download app. With rewards, I also tried the round of golf, it kicks you out of your app. Previously, it also did not send me my code for the reward I claimed.
1 ★This app only works when it wants to, you could be connected to wifi or data and it gives you nothing. Never connects. You sign in and it tells you your details are wrong when they aren't. Very disappointing

And the "How to pay" option is not user friendly for Nedbank users as u dont specify which account to make payment to. 1 ★Every time I want to spin the wheel it kicks me out. I thought my phone was the problem,I restarted it but the problem still persists. But then again I remembered,these competition's are for people with money,those with heavy DStv packages 🙄
1 ★Most of the rewards don't work. It's just alot of work for nothing. I dont understand how i can be a superstar but i don't recieve spin and win rewards. I can't enter certain competitions but they are part of my rewards. Could you please fix this.
