1 ★Can't use it, I thought it came with my subscription. I couldn't use it to find my phone, both devices I have, it came up saying "Some devices are not compatible with this app." So I guess Samsung note 9 and tablets can't use it. It's hard to find a help screen.
1 ★App does not work. Cannot find the device. You would think after all of these months of the same problem it would have been corrected by now. Starting to have concerns about their other products now too.
1 ★When trying to set up the app, I couldn't find a single phone style listed. What's the point? Edit: I got the same response as the rest, asking me to email customer support. I did and it came back as undeliverable. I now give 1/2 star.
1 ★Tried for a month to submit claim. Just spins. This app is a scam. I will be canceling my Norton Subscription that I have had for 10 + years. This is just not right to offer you something and no other way to submit claim. Customer service emails are a joke. 1/2 stars.
1 ★Cannot sign in! Just keeps going round in circles! I sign in and it loops back to a previous "continue" screen then I tap continue and I'm back at the "continue" screen! Nice time waster thanks!!
1 ★Cannot activate. It has you "search for your phone" but gives no direction on how to do it. I searched several ways using Samsung, S10e, official model number, etc... and got nothing. Norton's protection claim is worthless because you can't ever register you're device!
1 ★Easy to download, but at no time did the link to view Terms of Service work. The app feedback within it didn't work, either. Very dissapointing coming from Norton.
1 ★I recognize I'm in the minority, but I use a Blackberry Key2, and this particular device is not supported. I'm okay with that, because I recognize that Norton specializes in software security, not screen repair. But I'm frustrated I took the time to install the app on my phone at all.
1 ★Unsatisfactory on phone. Keeps asking for a password and user name, but doesn't indicate which one. I've entered the Norton user name and password 3 times and it hasn't recognized it. About ready to dump the program.

5 ★its name speaks for its self. Course, I hopefully never drop this phone. I loved my Samsung Galaxy ON5.
1 ★App doesn't do anything. I've searched for several common phones and no results come back for any of them. What's the point? It's been months and no changes. Stop telling me to register my device if it's very clear the app doesn't work for anybody.
