1 ★They blocked my account for no reason! Then I contact them on email, they dont respond, they dont have telephone number to contact, they respond only on facebook and they do nothing, this is the worst app I have ever used. In addition many scammers there. Not recommended
1 ★Can't register, tried different email addresses but receive no registration confirmation and password reset neither is working. Worse there is zero customer support on their website, why should I trust making purchases then?
1 ★App kept crashing when I tried to create an account, so my account got blocked. Contacted customer support three weeks ago and never got an answer.
1 ★Looks like a market on the street, where people negotiate prices unfairly, if you're overbearing you'll get a better deal. And bargain. And caos. And you need to tell me today otherwise I'll give it to someone else. Urgency is good for sales. I hated the whole experience. Messy and loud. Now I'm stuck with items I did not really want in the first place and I feel I've been tricked into buying them. Amazon isn't perfect, and many times descriptions are misleading, but it's a better alternative.
1 ★5 NEGATIVE stars! i have had my cell phone for 15 months without a single issue, i installed this "app" on september 27th 2023 and it made my phone freeze. when I want to change my cell number to my country, I see the german and the other countrys prefix switching rapidly and I'm blocked from entering my phone number. when i try to abort, the app seems to close, but the lower half of the display continues to show the number keyboard. please repair the app.
5 ★Very useful app for finding cheap stuff. For me, the only drawback is that there is no English language given or the possibility to translate easily. However, it does its job to find stuff very well. Especially, I like the bookmark feature. Thank you.
1 ★Overall idea is good and helps to find used stuff but worst customer service. Doesn't care for consumer rights, even with "Sicherbezahlen" there is no security. You will have to pay for delivery cost first on top of extra fees for purchasing a product and if seller will send wrong product then you have to pay delivery return cost also. This kind of protection is useless for buyers. Wouldn't use this option ever again.
2 ★With every new update the app is becoming worse. There are Ads which are sending you directly to SCAM websites. Yes. The App has Scam Adverts inside. Beware of the scammers that are using it also! Every second item is actually a scam. There are hacked users also. You cannot trust the rating system! Be careful people and use only PayPal, because their "Secure Payment" System has also flaws and can be manipulated! Just pick your stuff up and maybe there is a chance that you become something.
2 ★An OK app for a terrible service. About 3 months ago, the notifications for my account stopped working (emails too), so I downloaded the app. It gave me 3 push notifications and then stopped as well. I have to manually refresh my searches like it's 2001. WTH guys, it's not that hard.
5 ★Well organized, easy to use and highly functional app. Would love to see additional sorting options for search results, and sub-category browsing within categories, but as it is it works wonderfully well.
1 ★I've tried to register on the website for two days. I never got the email. It seems like they did not save my data as I could register again and again without an error. So I tried to register with the app. I got the mail. But when I wanted to get into the app they wanted.my phone number, but I was not able to enter the number.
