5 ★Tried a few different apps for one order and managed only witg them
1 ★- Cannot verify my account (opened the link from the confirmation mail both on mobile and desktop and noting happened) - If ordering without an account (see prev point) the order only appears after it's been confirmed by the restaurant. Almost ordered twice because of that. - The basket was emptied after closing the app while trying to validate the account.
1 ★too few restaurants, the menu is very unattractive and if you want to look for a dish you can't, just look for the name of the restaurant
5 ★I had no issues with this app
1 ★If you want your delivery to be cold and one hour late use this app. If you want your food to be half as customizable than if you ordered it with any other service, use this app. If you want to not get a refund when items are out of stock, use this app. Terrible! Horrible registration process, food customization, and delivery time. I will not be giving this a second chance, will never recommend this app to anyone, and I consider my order a total waste of money.
1 ★I've used the app for 2 months, the food is NEVER on time. It is almost always 45 minutes to an hour and half late. talked to customer service today and the lady said I was lied when I said the restaurant didn't contact me? excuse me? why would I lie, i just want my food. Uninstalling, never using the app again. You're better of walking to any place in Constanta and will get food faster.
2 ★You cannot communicate with restaurant with instant message, you cannot cancel order. time listed on app is not consistent with the one given by restaurant when you call. App notifies me I will get my order in 40 min and average delivery is 70 min, the restaurant tells me that their average delivery time is 120 minutes. So not very reliable...
2 ★Having multiple addresses does not work and you can end up with one address on the order and another one on the map. There is absolutely no way to contact the driver to make sure that he comes to the right one. It is absolutely annoying and frustrating for both the person that waits the order and the one that delivers. Moreover, there is no way of cancelling the order even if the restaurant did not start to prepare it. You don't even have the restaurant's contact info!!!!! Shame
1 ★Please add a functionality to change the address and to be able to contact the delivery person... The log in method is not working for me. I tried to create an account, I clicked on the verification email, I put in the code from the second email and I still can't log in in the app. I need to order through the link I got to verify the email address which opens a browser. D: I only use this app because you have a restaurant I like, but the experience is not great at all. :(
1 ★I have placed the order an keep postpone the delivery time, enough to kill my day plans, I could not get in time where I had to based onto the 3 delivery time change. There was no point of contact with the driver, the order was paid, there was no cancelation or chat support. It has only a contact form which I don't think is checked at all, as I still don't have an answer from them. Bad service and bad app interface and options after the order is placed.
1 ★Very poor made app I've received a voucher via email, said let's give it a try, added the products to the basket, after I switched tabs to take the voucher my basket was emtpy and the address reset. I had to collect the items again, added things to the basket, tried to redeem the voucher, the app redirected me to the browser and guess what happened when came back? Ofc nothing in the basket, And the voucher wasn't valid anymore. The competition is way better.
2 ★Even after Gps tracked for location, asking too much details, address etc. Delivery takes quite long time
