5 ★Great app. Very convenient for places like London. Reliable too, I've not come across any of the data in the app being wrong thus far and I've been regularly using it for more than a year. If you've ever felt like finding a parking space in a large city is a chore and a headache, this app will definitely help alleviate that feeling.
1 ★Oops!! The app no longer works!! Was working fine 2 days ago but now when I open the app and login, its crashes while trying to find the location. Thats it, no matter how many times you try to open the app, it just wont open. I'm. Using samsung S8 with ample memory to spare. Tried reinstalling but didn't help. Someone pls fix this!!!
2 ★This app is probably one of the best out there for free parking and has helped me in times of need. However everytime I open the app it tells me there is a new update and I cannot use the app, in a time of crisis when I need it to work the most as I need to park the car and it would be nice to have the feature of marking the location where I leave the car.
4 ★Inital problems and difficulty in getting it to work meant I gave a bad review but after their support staff were extremely helpfuland sorted my issues out, it turned out to be a good app. It could do with a little more instruction on how to use it although I did find video tutorials later. Support staff went out of their way to sort out problems and to take on board my comments about motorcycles (& even contacted a local authority to sort out a problem - above and beyond support!) and are issuing a new version based on the information I gave.
1 ★I have a non-standard licence plate and it wouldn't let me add it. Update: Well they finally responded and added my number plate in manually, but they still need to update their app to allow for the fact that some number plates aren't in the standard format, and they need to add some kind of phone or chat support for more immediate contact for any problems. You can't sell your product as a universal solution and then take two days to reply to an email.
1 ★have used this app a few times, have been overcharged each time. was advertised in my area as charged for the time you use but was charged by the hour, over by 4 minutes and you get the extra charge. supposed to automatically terminate charges when you leave your spot but does not do this. could be a good app but feel ripped off☹.
3 ★App has quite nice interface but many text fields overflow and can't scroll - perhaps because I have selected the Large Text accessibility option on my Z3 Parking locations seem accurate and useful locally but Guildford Station car park is a notable omission. However the app says that electronic payment is not available when I know that RingGo is at Bright Hill in Guildford.
4 ★Unfortunately I cannot register on my HTC U11. The page does not scroll down after accepting the 4 permissions it asks for so cannot proceed Update,,, excellent response from support. The issue was with the font size on my phone and easily resolved. I have yet to use the app but looks very promising
5 ★EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. Has helped me all the times I needed free parking. 9/10 it is correct. I literally just parked thanks to this app so I'm super happy to make this review. GREAT WORK
5 ★Fantastic and easy to use. the estimates of available parking have been accurate every time we've used it. No more hunting for parking. also have used the ability to top up a session when we've been out longer than expected so we dont have to run back to the car to to add time.
2 ★Frustrating and confusing. I enter the specific times I want (e.g. 4 hours) and it still litters the screen with bays that are only 1 hour. User interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate. Lots of information missing on pricing and restrictions. Basically useless I'm afraid.
1 ★Absolutely rubbish. Installed the app and register myself (all good) after 18 min I parked got a text with receipt. Had been charged and app believed I had driven away. Had to walk back and get normal ticket through machine. Checked the app receipt and they charge a comission! So instead of 0.70£ (what I shoulh have put in the street machine) ended up paying £1.70! Not worth it at all.
