1 ★I was excited to try this app out because I like the customization options on other apps I've started using, like Taco Bell's. However, the customization options suck. For example, there is no option to swap out the bun type, you can only ask for no bun. I like the spicy chicken sandwich on sourdough with heavy pickles added, not possible to order it that way on the app. The customization swipe to delete an ingredient doesn't always respond. Can't change drink to coffee on combos, etc.
1 ★I got this app a couple years ago and I loved it. I had a couple issues with it but they got resolved (eventually). It was full of great deals, easy to use, convenient and worth having. However, the last several months there never any offers or deals and now it has an error message when I try to do anything at all. It went from being 4.5 stars to 1 star and I am done with it. Uninstalling as it is completely worthless at this point.
1 ★I like the app and I love the idea of apps for fast food restaurants. But this is the most terrible app out of every single fast food restaurant. I can't cancel and order after placing it. My local jack in the box always decides to block the drive thru with cones in the middle of the night randomly between 1am to 4am. For over an hr each time. Making me lose 20 or 30 dollars for a few days as there is no cancelation or refund option. I have to email support just to get my money back.
4 ★There are still problems with the uptime consistency of the app. In the last year the app has improved but even now there is too much downtime, especially the window with the 'specials'. The team at the Jack's in Clairemont Town Square Shopping Center are amazing. Things being so around they clock busy as it seems to be there the staff remains friendly, helpful and personable. Thank You
5 ★I don't know how I ever ordered before using this app. I love that it is so easy to use and now I never miss a good deal because of it. It also feels like you get star treatment when you get to drive around the drive through line and they already have your order ready
5 ★I love jack in the box and this app is the best app for ordering on the fly and the deals are always fantastic. Thanks Jack in the Box! You'll always be one of my favorite fast food places. Especially with this app and with the new rewards program you are introducing. Keep it up guys!
1 ★Typical Bare minimum food app. Does the same as a self checkout menu or drive thru as you still have to re-order/repeat everything anyway upon arrival. Only thing this app is good for is app only specials. Other than that, its a glorified hand held drive thru menu.
2 ★So far, I'm not liking it. The first time I downloaded the app, I ordered from the choices and after I hit payment, it asked me if I wanted a free item, that I had paid for. I'm new at this, so then I went to the drive thru window to ask about it. The cashier said no sorry, you have to go through the app. I said, I understand but I purchased, and this item is supposed to be free, you can't either just take it off, or have a button to charge me and coupon it out? She said no, that's only w/app.😞
1 ★I'm retracting my comment straight garbage. The updates total will destroy your settings. You get more decline responses than you get completed order. I use to like the app.. but it's become repetitive and frustrating. You do better ordering at the drive through in person BEFORE 4:00am. That's when thier system unlike order chains will be offline..for 20min . 24/hrs (lol) I can't tell you how many times the cashier has smiled and smirked when saying opps were sorry or system is offline 🤔.
4 ★Great as far as being able to order your food before hand. It's a little confusing at first, especially for deals or specials, you have to know where to look. Oh, and you can't order a regular flavored shake with oreo added; it's either an oreo shake or str., van., choc. We like to get strawberry w/ oreo big thumbs up!!
3 ★The 2 locations I use most have a permanent error that does not allow me to order there. But I can order from any other location. The stores have no idea why either. Other than that, great offers and great app.
4 ★Buttons for customizing sandwiches (i.e. special orders) have to be selected several times. It's weird how insensitive to touch they are. Almost like you prefer if customers don't make any changes. Sometimes special orders are completelyignored but the extra costs are always added to the bill. Depends on the location. Some are good about reading & following special orders, others not so good.
