Remember to always use a spotter when lifting weights. This application is designed to reduce the risk of calculating your 1 rep max the old fashioned way. It does not guarantee your safety or the safety of those around you. The calculation is an estimate only and may vary depending on your training history.

• One Rep Max Calculator – enter the amount of weight you can lift (in Kgs or Lbs) and the number of repetitions you can lift that weight (up to 12 reps) and press ‘Calculate’. This will provide you with an estimate of the maximum load you can lift for 1 rep.
