How to install ADT Control ® APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download ADT Control ® APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

4 ★Pretty great to use and to watch all of my videos from when I hear concerning sounds that may come from within the house or outside! The only issue I have is trying to get my husband's app to work since it's extremely slow to send a verification code without the time for it expiring before it arrives, so I'm currently the only one that can use it.
2 ★Won't let me disable two-factor authentication. I went into the app and specifically disabled two-factor authentication. However, the next time I opened the app I found I was unable to use it until I set up two-factor authentication. Kind of ridiculous that the app gives you the ability to choose whether or not to use it, only to force you to use it the next time you fire it up.
2 ★The camera's don't pick up motion as they should. They are missing all kinds of events and motion. Adt needs to fix this glitch right away. Because these cameras aren't cheap they are expensive. I have the ring doorbell and it works better than these cameras. Due to all the problems I been having with these cameras I have a tech coming back out the first week of February 2021
3 ★Seems to work, but for some unknown reason, no icon appears on my Google Pixel phone. Very frustrating. To access the app I have to open Google Play and search for ADT Control, which, of course, results in a message that says that it's already installed and that I can open it.
4 ★Keep having problems with a camera since day one. It's nice that you outright pay for the equipment but you also have to pay if something goes wrong with it for them to come out and fix it. People working for them are very nice and helpful but I constantly still have the same problem. Billing was a nightmare I think it's finally fixed.
2 ★Not a fan of this app. You cannot disable 2 factor authentication without being forced to re-enable it the next time you login. So, if you are trying to communicate with someone at your front door, you have to wait to receive an email or text in order to access the sky bell. Im happy with the ADT system in my home but this app is useless to me
4 ★Very good but can be made better. For example, the status of my integrated smoke and fire sensor strangely doesn't show up in the app--not cool. The goal of this app should be to serve as another physical controller/panel for at least the audible alerts. Long way to go regarding that.
1 ★This app has gone downhill fast! Each and every time I log in, I HAVE to use 2 step verification EVEN THOUGH WE'VE TURNED OFF THIS FEATURE. Two-step verification is normally a good idea but NOT if it has to be used each time. The app simply will not remember trusted devices. This is an annoying extra step and makes it more time consuming each morning and night when leaving and coming home. Good apps should remember trusted devices.
1 ★Would prefer more personalized options IN this app. Right now it only provides simplistic rules. i.e. it would be more useful if the video alerts were in real time, not delayed loadup. Yes, an alert is provided, but the event has already occured, the video is not immediately available, and the person is long gone. Not much to see -after- everything has already happened. Also, app updates are not frequent, forgotten app/forgotten customers- what are you doing adt?!?
1 ★The camera does not work. It captures when it wants to, so it is not reliable! I called twice, did all the troubleshooting & still!! I would not pick this product!!
1 ★Worst app steps to setup wifi settings. After year and half and dealing with this stupid app to configure the bad cameras and many times on the phone and technician coming over to do set up, and if for any reason you change your wifi settings, you'll go through hell!!...I just fired ADT!!! I'm done!!! One star is too much.
1 ★This app is not providing notifications to my phone in a timely manner. In most applications it takes between 90-120 seconds to receive notification and by that time it's a little too late. I have worked with ADT for what seems like weeks to get them to understand this issue and have gotten no resolution. I am now working to get them to return the cameras at no additional cost to me as I was told there was a six month trial period, and I am being told that may not be possible. I have to say for a company that is this large the customer service has been non-existent. I call and have to wait for 10-15 minutes until I get someone on the phone and then they put me on hold multiple times to get answers to my questions. I was told a branch manager would call me in 24-48 hours and never heard a thing for over a week. I call again and they tell me for certain someone will get back to me.
