3 ★Very unhappy with this App! Away on holiday. We can not bypass troubled zones. Since this has been installed....... Although the technician tried to get feedback from you on numoures occasions regarding this problem and other customers complains he still didn't get a response. My home is now totally unarmed!!!!! Waiting for your urgent response Thank you for your response on my complaint and your eager attention on solving the problem. Much appreciated.
4 ★Great function. Server gets bogged down with loadshedding, so expect issues for anything above stage 2. App could have more functionality, like setting scheduled arming and disarming, renaming zones, changing zone settings (like chime zones, etc.). Automation function is hugely useful, but doesn't let you see what automation settings are already set. I'd recommend the unit and app, but just know that is isn't reliable at all during loadshedding stage 2+
1 ★Don't waste your time. Extremely poor user experience. The design seems like it intends to hide normal user flows (eg, arming or disarming a zone) through non - obvious navigation. Settings are absent, eg I cannot turn off the "feature" that requires a PIN when disarming all zones. The app is completely unreliable, reporting zones as disarmed when they are armed and vice versa. Often it is uncommunicative when trying to disarm an ongoing alarm. Way too many notifications; I often turn off my phone to stop them.
3 ★Everything works really well with the Hyyp system except phone notifications. Notifications come through in nonsensical batches and always far too late. The security company always calls before I receive any phone notifications. The app also does not adhere to Android notification standards nor does it respect it's own internal settings. So notifications are useless, annoying, and impossible to turn off.
5 ★Well done with the app. My only problem is my fat fingers. With all the slide options sometimes it slides back before i can press the arm/disarm button or at 3 am with alarm blaring i cannot get to disarm quick enough. Suppose it will take time to get use to app, only running it for 5 months now.
5 ★Nice app, automation section is great but need to be expanded. Integration into Google home would be awesome and it would be ideal if you can export the logs or even better have a monthly automated report delivered of all events. The addition of some works flows/ run books would be great, example on button to de activate alarm and open gate on a single button, or even multiple alarm stay options.
5 ★Not ideal and hardly useful for multiple partitions. Store a primary code set as master for all partitions and only partition 1 works. disable all code memory features and only then can you arm or bypass secondary partitions after inputing the same code every time. They actually reached out to me to try solve the problem. probably has been resolved with their suggestion and i am super impressed with the service received.
3 ★Works well generally except between 00h00 and 00h30 where the app and the alarm do not update well. Also when a notification triggers while another app is making sound on the phone, it stops all the other apps from making sound. This would be acceptable to me for when an alarm triggers, but why when it is just someone switch a zone off or on? Maybe make that a configutation oprion.
4 ★I'm having a problem where my alarm arms and disarms itself. Not sure if it is App related, but would appreciate it if you guys could look into it as it creates a lot of frustration. I uninstalled the app now to see what happens and so far so good. This needs your attention asap. EDIT - It wasn't the App. The technicians came out. Let's see what happens. I think sometimes leaving a review while frustrated is like driving under the influence which is totally unacceptable.
1 ★Can't log in. App keep on saying "sorry there was an unknow error with hypp home. how do i get access if the app is not even working..
2 ★Needs better notifications and more of a siren if the alarm goes off. When bypassing and a zone is not working it should cone up automatically in a different colour showing that it is faulty or someone is moving in a certain zone. If the latter gets done then a 5 star rating.
1 ★Previous app was super. Now it's like small hiccups irritate me. And I need to call other people to reset it or whatever. Alarm goes off without any door opening..... Then later no signal. Later no alarm going off showing on my phone but on other people's apps. Irritating!!!
