1 ★Had an agreed to service contract setup. After a no show from the vendor for three days, sent two messages to the vendor asking what was going on. The vendor responded two days later saying they wouldn't be completly the contract. Contacted customer service was said there was nothing they could do and I used up my free bid. GreenPal doesn't stand behind the app or contracts. Look elsewhere!
1 ★The app barely works. Got a plowing quote, guy never showed up despite repeated assurances that they would. Two days later I get a message from them saying their equipment broke. They then billed my credit card for the services that they never provided! I now have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Several emails with the app support have resulted in unhelpful canned email replies.

1 ★Bad experiences with the services from this app. First mowing company came out and mowed, then decided they don't service this area anymore. Second company keeps cancelling services, stating they don't service my area. Can't get more quotes because I've used up my 2 quotes for this 6/7 months. If it I try to delete my account, it says I will never be able to schedule services at this address ever again. Very disappointed with services provided.
2 ★Doesn't fill the communication gap between homeowner and landscaper. Only functions as a quoting tool. When landscaper billed me twice for the same service, GreenPal did not intercede to correct issue, directing me to contact the vendor directly. App crashed consistently trying to get questions answered. Would not recommend.
5 ★This is an amazing Greenpal app allowing me to not only send invoices but also keep great contact with our clients via push notifications and messaging. The project estimation part of the app is pretty great when doing mulch or other landscaping jobs. While the app is great the crew running it is equally amazing I love the fact that I'm able to talk to someone if I have a problem or can't figure something out on my own rather than just get a generic email back.
5 ★Excellent app. I am a new business owner and have been using GreenPal for a little over a year. I use many features but the invoice application is by far the best compared to many others. The invoices allow great detail and look very professional. I actually use square for business credit card payments and if somehow my clients were able to make payments from my invoices to my square account, I would need no other applications.
1 ★App won't allow me to log in, so despite having an account on their website it says an account doesn't exist under my username. 1st bid never showed, despite me being flexible with his service time by more than a day. Text and called back and forth about when he would show, but eventually ghosted me. App doesn't provide a way to leave a review on a cancel/no-show. Had to wait 3 days after his no-show to schedule a new set of quotes. Service claims you will get multiple quotes, but only got one.
1 ★When I open the app it tells me I need to install an update. The link provided in the error message sends you right back to the outdated version that the error message say is unusable, sending you in circles.
5 ★Professional and on-time service. Easily scheduled when I was out of town. Easy-to-use app with many good choices of professionals and very reasonable pricing. The photos were sent of the lawn after cut and text messaging with the service provider was easy.
