4 ★This app is very good for making money and business but the features suck. You can reschedule for weather and you can't reschedule outside a certain time period. Which negatively impacts your rating and has nothing to do with your performance and quality of work. It needs work its self. It makes you look bad when your not.
5 ★GreenPal is a great softer for lawn care. Especially if you are just starting up. It is awesome to highly recommend it. It has so many features to name but a few are p&l, invoice sending, estimates, etc. I highly recommend it.
5 ★GreenPal Lawn Care has been servicing my lawn for the past 2-3 years. The lawn looks great and John is a wealth of knowledge. He's always available to chat with me and gives me tips and pointers to keep the lawn looking great. From a company perspective, Superior is easy to work with, is competitive with pricing, and does what they contract to do. Of the very few issues I've had, they've been very professional in their response. My lawn recommends Superior!
2 ★While the ap is good for finding customers it is near impossible to manage routes. The ap gives you an inflexible schedule & drops your reliability ratings if you need to reschedule. We have provided ecxellent service to every customer we've won & maintain a 5 star rating, but our reliability has fallen due to rescheduling. Feedback from customers has also been dissatisfaction with schedule changes via their ap. Providers need to be able to create their own routes to be successful.
1 ★Horrible time using this app. Bad representative from some random guy that wont even look into your problem. Half of there clients are rental or real estate companies that pay dirt cheap and if there payment declines after you did the work there would be no way to get paid because no one lives on the property and they wont pick up the phone. Horrible app for people starting out. Only decent for large companies that can do cheap yards and take the risk of not be paid.
1 ★There is no true interaction with the app even if you communicate with the client the app still brings down your score the swipe charge you a fee plus the app charge you a fee so in actuality the service cause goes down completely so you're not really making money at all unless they give you tips or have you do some other job but they get a percentage even when you cash it the percentage goes up for them to service or cash or whatever process that they going through and I think that sucks I have

1 ★There's no customer service phone number or any way to get in contact with someone from the app. Customers take pictures of their front lawns which are recently cut and the backs are like 4ft tall, you can dispute it or upcharge, you gotta mow it for what you bid it. This app is horrible! LawnStarter Pro app has doubled my business in 6 months! Download that app and forget this one. Really couldn't be more unhappy with an app. They've sent me to the worse houses ever! Don't download!!!
2 ★Started off great, but being located in south Louisiana we have an awful lot of rain so you have to reschedule appointments until grounds are dry enough to service. We also just had a hurricane, "Ida" that has completely dismantled the entire south Louisiana so that makes more rescheduled appointments. When the customer does not approve your date for reschedule, you get locked out, which is TOTALLY UNFAIR. On top of that it's still raining right now, and has been raining for the last few days.
5 ★Easy to use and prompt service. Was able to book next day cleaning with no hassle. The ability to contact the cleaner right from the app is very handy. The app itself is very user friendly.
2 ★I'm giving to give 2 stars only because I do make money from the app but that's the only reason. 1st if you get tips they take money from your tip for example I just got a $5 tip they took 3.50 so because I did extra great for customer I only got a 1.50$...they took the rest when they should be taking it from just the general pricing of the mow. Also say you have to reschedule bc a rain day the percentage of your reliability goes down Portraying that you're unreliable because of mother nature
3 ★It works just as it says it will. I read in other reviews that it take too long to get paid. Payment is more dependent on the customer approval that GreenPal paying. Bid fast took weeks to win first job My complaints are : rules for reliability rating and who is allowed to bid Reliability Rating even with customer approval for a change through greenpal your rating drops. Anyone can bid. Doesn't matter if licensed or insured. Just sign up and they'll let you bid. Pushing down prices.
