Sie arbeitet als zertifizierte Entspannungstrainerin, Yogalehrerin, Meditationsleiterin und Kursleiterin für Innovatives Autogenes Training seit mehr als 16 Jahren im Gesundheits- und Entspannungsbereich.
Sie ist auch heute noch mit zahlreichen Personaltrainings und Kursstunden nah am Kunden.
