Sie werden in diesem Zustand spüren, dass alles fließt, alles in Bewegung ist und sich durch die verschiedenen neutralen Blickwinkel einiges verändern kann. Nehmen Sie mit Erstaunen wahr, was so alles in Ihrem Innersten los ist, oder was dort tief schlummert.
Sie finden mit etwas Geduld und Übung inmitten all dieser Veränderung Ruhe und den wahren Ist-Zustand. So können Sie sich mit neuer Gelassenheit dem Fluss des Lebens widmen.
Auf Wundersame Weise wird sich, ohne dass Sie es beabsichtigen, Ihr innerer Raum weiten und es wird Ruhe und Tiefer innerer Frieden einkehren.
Die einzigen Voraussetzungen für die Meditation sind psychische Gesundheit und ein wenig Geduld beim Üben.

Einleitung bzw. Rückführung aus der Meditation können Sie in den Einstellungen nach Ihren Vorlieben auswählen.
Dort können Sie ebenfalls festlagen, ob am Ende der Meditation ein Gong ertönen soll.

-Aus über 65 Begriffen (Botschaften) selbst bzw. per Zufall auswählen. Das kann ein Begriff bzw. mehrere Begriffe sein.
-Die Anzahl der möglichen Begriffe ist abhängig von der eingestellten Meditationszeit. Je länger die Meditationszeit, desto mehr Begriffe sind möglich.
