This free app gives end users an easy way to send and receive feedback, get tips and reminders on providing effective feedback, encourage and track 1:1 dialogue, access learning, work with goals, and connect with colleagues across the organization – all from a smartphone!With the Saba TalentSpace mobile app you can:
* Share in-the-moment feedback, recognition and coaching tips with colleagues in your team and across your organization. You can include photos and links with your feedback.
* Get instant notifications of and access to new feedback received.
* Read useful tips and suggestions on how to give and receive effective feedback.
* Search for and connect with others in your organization using Talent View.
