1 ★Terrible experience. Practitioner Miquel F came to do a manicure and ruined my wooden table even though I gave her enough towels to cover the table. She now claims that she didn't cause the damage because she doesn't want her insurance premium to go up. And Urban want nothing to do with it, as it's her fault. Never booking this again!
1 ★App completely stopped working a few weeks ago. On startup it gets stuck on a "validating your address" message and never gets past that. Have reinstalled multiple times, cleared cache, spoken to their tech support, but still doesn't work. Was promised a follow up email once fixed but weeks later no such message received. Time to give up after many years as an Urban customer. Disappointing.
