2 ★The massages seem great and I understand the cancellation fee (I double booked and made a mistake so wanted to cancel) as you dont want to mess the therapist around. However why do they then charge another fee to rebook? It's cheaper to cancel totally than to rebook? Makes no logical sense. You also have to click so far into the sales funnel to see prices. The prices are fine, but its not the point, it just stresses you out and gives a scammy vibe. Bad experience Ended up more stressed
1 ★Terrible. Can't use as a guest even though it gives you an option. Then trys to make you sign up. No support. If your number is linked to an old defunct account then you can't BOOK (Defunct as they were hacked) Soo annoying and frustrating. Want to use there services and can't.
5 ★It's awesome. I don't use it as much as I'd like to but we've had top notch massages and just ordered a osteo for my wife. Even referred a couple people and got a 50% discount. Brilliant idea, well executed.
5 ★Great app and fantastic service. I've now had 5 massages all of which have been great. The app is easy to use and the therapists I've met have been really professional and friendly.
5 ★World class wellness in a few taps. The only thing better than the treatments on the platform is the exceptional customer service that is on hand. The dedicated team are a delight to communicate with if you have any problems and, sometimes, I hope something does go wrong just so I get to talk to them.
