1 ★the new meditations are the same thing except read in a scratchier voice and sped up 1.25x. It's hard to meditate when you get a new prompt every 15 seconds..... the new AI is beautiful, but for real.... what are they thinking with the calm down section. do they really think anxious people will be soothed by this ? it's too fast, I've been meditating for 6 years now, and this was the first app I used. please slow down the meditation or just reinstall what was
5 ★I'm loving the revamped version. The old version was useful but it's lacking the interactivity that is needed to effectively track my mood and shift my mind one day at a time. I have yet to explore the CBT strategies delivered through this app and how the app can engage the user in applying the strategies. So, I'm curious, what made the creators decide to build the new mindshift app? :)
5 ★Downlaoded this app in May this year 2019, still think it's the best app I've found so far. There's a choice of female or male voice on the meditations. The male voice works better for me as it's very laidback and relaxing. I do wish the quick relief exercise was a bit longer, and it would work offline if needed to, But despite that it's a great app. It has hepled me many times as I panic a lot, not just the meditations but the written tools too. I would recomend this app to anyone.
5 ★Amazing app. It is by far the best self help app out there and everything is free on the app. Very well designed and smooth. Lots of great content and easy to access features. Invest in your mental health by downloading this app... it's free.
5 ★Data and Tips what more could you want? It helped me look at my anxiety objectively and make a decision to get help. It is useful and helpful. I have many issues so the ability to be completely honest with your answers is helpful for someone who may feel judged if you tell others. It's got the ability to share info, but that's completely optional. I've been using it for a little bit but seeing things as data helps me make better decisions. I love the app.
3 ★Good but...I find I can only add to it 2x per day as opposed to 3x/day when I first used it. Making it 1/3 les effective for me. I also seem to have older data (more than 4 days) fall off the chart making week by week comparisons impossible unless I write it down. Good idea but needs work.

Im honestly am glad I've downloaded this Mindshift App because it really does shift your mindset in a postive direction for a better you. I highly reccommend this App to anybody who needs to install a better mindframe for a new improved you.
5 ★Great app. Love the thinking traps as part of thought journal, which helps me change my thoughts and reduce anxiety. Very convenient that in one app, they have integrated thought journal, and actions such as meditation.
5 ★I've had severe anxiety for the past 5 years, and when I was told about this app, I was initially skeptical. This is one of many things that helped improve it a lot. It's a fantastic resource/tool for tracking and managing it. I strongly recommend this.
4 ★Really good app. The simple logging of anxiety levels and symptoms to identify trends, cycles and triggers is really well done, smooth and calming interface and design. Like others though I wish it kept more than 2 weeks' data - several months would be good.
4 ★Before mindshift was an interesting though outdated and pointless app far behind others like Pacifica and Headspace. The changes made in the update are certainly a step in the right direction and help makes it a useful free app for those with anxiety.
1 ★This app has been more frustrating than helpful from the beginning. It constantly crashed on my tablet and old galaxy phone, and the password reset doesn't work so I can't even use it on my new phone (galaxy s9). It's the recommended app from anxiety canada so I hope they fix the bugs.
