本アプリは、宅建取引士試験を効率的に短期間で合格することを目的としたものです。平成16年～平成26年の11年間で試験に出題された問題の中から、繰り返し出題されている重要な知識についての選択肢を厳選した【一問一答】形式を軸とする問題集です。
あわせて、解答力を確認するための【四肢択一】の「チェック問題」と、平成26年度本試験問題も加えて構成しています。
試験に合格するためには、120分の制限時間の中で50問の問題に答え、7割程度正解しなければなりません。単純計算すると「1問につき2分24秒」、四肢択一ですから「選択肢1つにつき36秒」しか時間がかけられません。
さらに、見直す時間や計算問題なども考慮すれば、実際には「1問につき1分30秒～2分程度」で正誤の判断をつけられなければ、時間が足りず不合格となります。
