Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Sorry but the new version of the app is terrible. The previous one was so great -- why on earth did you change it? It was so easy to use, especially for kids. The new version is difficult to use even as an adult. I had a five star review on here before which I'll keep below, but am so disappointed. Original review (Jan '23): Really phenomenal Android app. Looks beautiful and so easy to use. Same praise for the PBS Kids app for smart tv's. Please don't change a thing -- it's already perfect.
5 ★Sure I can a watch okay

5 ★I'm loving this I'm way over 8 and love to go on this app every once in a while to watch some of my fav kid shows lol
5 ★this is the greatest app for students to watch since the PBS KIDS video app is teacher approved
5 ★I can't get PBS kids on Saturday morning today and I am so sad because I can't download PBS kids game and I'm tired of the year of the day. One thing is that the stupid kids game but I think my mom is gonna help me down load this game today. My mom's phone has it download it. I wish to download PBS kids game on my device on here but at least it is a great day to be happy in this year. but I am so sad on my best day ever. I can't believe it is not the best day of my life on my favorite day...
1 ★Unfortunately there are no parental controls available for the content in this app.
5 ★I enjoyed seeing the app because it was my favorite cartoon when I was young
5 ★The Best!
3 ★Still missing the old version of the app 😔 The new one is not easy to navigate. Doesn't list show titles anymore, just a side scrolling parade of small icons. Dislike there's no option to disable autoplay. There's short 3min clips mixed in with full length episodes, & kids don't need shorter attention spans. New episodes were added, but just mixed into the others instead of being at the top of the list or labelled as new (eg, Carl the Collector). I love having these shows for kids, but dang...
