3 ★Great service, but the app is a little lacking compared to regular website. Some features missing (move to top, game lock) and browsing titles could use an "all games" option. Also it's not made very clear if something is going to be shipped. You move something to the top of your Q and just wait I guess. Would be nice to have a visual representation that it's going next and a tooltip on how it works like (this title ships next! You have 4 hours left to change your mind)
5 ★Suprisingly quick delivery. Especially in these times. Works as intended, you just add something to your Q, and wait until you get a notification saying its been shipped. Sending it back is super easy, just put it in your mail box, in the package it came in, and bam. I've recommended this to everyone I know since I started using it. Its a great way to either catch up on what you missed, or play the newest titles without having to shill out $60, unless you like it enough to choose to keep it.
5 ★Easy to use game queue system and games usually arrive 2-3 days after they're shipped. If there is a problem with a disc (lost or damaged), GameFly sends out a replacement right away no questions asked. You then have the option to keep a shipped game at a reduced purchase price. I've been with GameFly for many years and it's saved me up to hundreds of dollars per month that I would be spending on full priced games - even if I haven't played the game and just want to try it out. Great service!
5 ★Great service I've been a member for over 10 years now. It's the best option if your ADD like me and can't play just one game. If your the kind of person that thinks you like a game goes and buys it and turns out you didn't like the game just send it back and get your next game. It's way better then going to gamestop all the time.
1 ★App works fine but 50% of the time you receive a damaged game after waiting over a week for it to arrive. So then you spend 7-10 days AGAIN on an undamaged title to arrive. So you're actuslly only paying to have access to games for maybe half of the month. And that's assuming you don't send another one back and have to wait another 7‐10 days to receive a new one. This is an outdated service that I'll never use again.
5 ★The app is very simple and easy. I get to rent and try out all the latest games that came out this year and also previous games that came out in previous years. Also I get to rent all my favorite movies and the lastest ones as well. In regular DVD to Blu-ray DVDs. Navigating is very simple and easy too. For the subscription on the app and website it depends on the individuals on what kind of subscription they want to go for. You can subscribe to the free trial and cancel at anytime 😊.
4 ★Really like the service, only complaint is that games usually take over a week to arrive & they ship new releases on release day so u have to have a lil a little patience and I really wish they would post an arrival date instead of the shipped date. Even if it's an estimate it'd still be more useful than a shipped date. The good news is those are literally my only 2 complaints. Reliable service 4 reasonable price. Bottom line, if ur a gamer, it's a must have and will save u money :)
5 ★I'm glad this service is still around, since there are no more b&m places to rent from in my area, and many of the games I want to play don't have demos available. Top it off with big discounts on like-new used games that include new cases and codes, fast shipping, and rewards just for being a member... how can you go wrong?

5 ★Great service! Play games that you think might be good. If you like it,keep it. Short turn over time. I like doing two at one time that way i always have a game to play. When I'm done with one i send it back and play the other, by the time I'm done with that one the other game has already arrived.
1 ★I haven't received my rental yet it's going on the second time they sent out the game again I just sign back up for this it never was like this in the past it must of gotten worst.smh. I had to decide ,I am tired of long wait so I bought the 59.99 call of duty. I am a campaign guy no need to keep it.That is why they get 1 star.Do better GAMEFLY or make a tracking number so you can see where it is. PARTNERSHIP with amazon something because my first experience so terrible do something. 🤦🤦
