1 ★Salem Oregon munchies is horrible. Used them 3 times. Everytime our orderwas wrong or was missing items. Good luck understanding their outsourced toIndia help line. Hope you guys get luckier than we did.
1 ★After a couple of successful orders, munchies has proven to be unreliable. The last 3 orders ALL had to be cancelled. The order tonight was scheduled for delivery when I got a call telling me my order was never received by the restaurant and the restaurant was now closed. Thanks for waiting AN HOUR before telling me you couldn't reach the restaurant. Keep your $5 credit, I will not be using your services. 3 cancelled orders in a row...great business idea, but very poor service. Major fail munchies, so sad.
1 ★I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. It doesn't work,it glitches, freezes up my phone so I have to turn it off and back on toget it to clear!!!
2 ★They changed the app a few days ago it's much harder to use now. No way to contact them, really hard to figure out how to actually submit the order after all required info is input. And they apparently did away with the ability to pay a little extra if your order doesn't meet the minimum. Instead you now have to order food you don't want or can't use the service. Put it back the way it was!
1 ★TL:DR - I LOVE Munchy's Albany; would rather lick dirt then ever use Munchy's SALEM again ---------------I have been using Munchy's Albany for the last year and LOVED it. I moved to Salem and thought to use Munchy's Salem. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They did not deliver my food and are telling me it's my fault because they tried to call me and let me know the driver was there. They never called me and I have records and proof of that and they are now refusing to give me a refund.
4 ★The only part I don't like is I can't ever log into my account. I don't mind using the website but it isn't as easy as the app. Needs to be fixed! Otherwise I have no issues with the Corvallis location! Drivers are awesome and call me to ask if I want asap since I never can get it from the app. They're so sweet!
