5 ★A great companion leading up to, during and after your tour. Connecting with fellow #topdeckers woth chat functionality very useful. Having your itinerary, including hotels available on hand was a really good feature.

4 ★Excellent app! All your information is there for you. The only issue is the group chats dont send you a notification, so if you arent checking the app for comments/replies... you'll never see them.

3 ★Useful to have a rundown of itinerary with a daily countdown of days. Group chat isn't reliable but our leader told us straight up so we were already on a Facebook group together which is better anyway for photos/links to things so that's ok

2 ★The app constantly refreshes or crashes whilst using it. It is only reliable for the itinerary and submitting feedback on the tour (if it doesnt crash on you before you submit it)

2 ★The idea of the app is good. However, until the app allows me to receive notifications when a new message is received, it is essentially useless and is not a viable method of communication to the group.

5 ★No problems, lots of useful tools. Currency exchange works ok offline. Messaging ability is nice but underutilized...maybe encourage people to use it more on trips.

4 ★Decent app for the most part. A little glitchy e.g. you had to push the same button a few times for it to register. Group chat and currency conversion were handy tools.

3 ★Messages service does not put notifications on your phone and requires you to open the app, very inconvenient for a messaging service. othwrwise appears to work fine.

5 ★The app is a fantastic tool for travelling with TopDeck. From weather to currency converters to even just reminding yourself of your itinerary, the app has everything you need while discovering the world.

2 ★Horrible to use UI, constantly sends notifications you can't turn off and crashes constantly. However good to initially start trip info and gather other travellers info, but organisation after the trip was started was left for facebook due to these issues.

4 ★- Very accessible - Awesome to see your intinery - Being able to communicate with your tour crew before trip starts to break the ice via chat - Easy to place feed back at the end.

5 ★It does the job, it's not a super fancy app but being able to chat to other people on the tour before you meet does help break the ice a bit
