3 ★It's great if your reservation was made through the sabre system. If not, Trip Case does not register it and they do not update it even if you enter the basic information manually. For me the usefulness of this app has been steadily declining because of this issue.
1 ★Not impressed. The issues I had years ago still are there. Does not merge reservations automatically. When merging manually still is clunky and doesn't put things in the correct order (flights completely out of order timewise, hotels on wrong days, doubling of entries for not explicable reason you name it and no way to fix manually). One trip and not impressed.
2 ★A nice app, very much like WorldMate. Unfortunately there is one BIG FAILING. The trips are all stored in cloud, rendering the app useless once traveling, unless you have roaming data or available WiFi. Such a big let down, as WorldMate stored all your trip details on your device. Why TripCase can't do the same is beyond me. A bid step backwards.
1 ★App provided everything needed for a good trip planner even good sharing. I spent days/weeks loading the entire 40 day trip including flights & events and returned days later to unexpectedly find all gone - entire trip entries gone!! Emailed support@tripcase and no response not even acknowledgement. Can't trust the app or the support to re-enter 40 plus days of flights, trains, hotels & events. Never got to see if flight updates work as I lost it all.
5 ★I have used this app personally for many years and have recommended it to all my family snd friends. it is a must when traveling or following friends flight. apart from being so easy to use the notifications of delays, cancelled flights and gate changes are better than any from the airlines. A must to have!!!
1 ★Frustrating... I downloaded this again for my new phone the note 8 and I took the time to enter all of my itinerary. Everytime I close it out my trip info is gone. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and everything was back, until I closed it again. I have used this app before with no issues and loved it, not sure what has changed but I cant install and delete every time I check for updates on this trip. Very disappointing!
5 ★I cannot recommend this app enough. I've had flight time notifications and gate changes before the airport informed us, I've been able to re-route, check in, and so much more. One of the few apps in the world I genuinly recommend people in conversations 😂
2 ★This apt has continual problems with dropping offline,Bad seating plans and staff that do not read issues properly and are always asking for screenshots which for the most part is impossible due to the apt being down. Concept is good but it still needs alot of work.
3 ★it's ok. I love the idea of it, but it is hard to use. difficult to edit trip details and even more difficult to share trips with other travellers. the app could also be more visually appealing, it looks dated and boring. wish I could find a similar app that is more user friendly and more beautiful.
3 ★Apps is good and convenient to use. However, as with many other users, connection to the apps is not reliable. Mostly, I cannot connect outside of my home. This makes it pointless for traveling. I am giving it three stars hoping the developer can improve on this.
5 ★I love this app. I just use it for flights and appreciate not having a paper itinerary, which often change and become useless. Real time corrections like gate changes are handy but what I love most is the detailed record of exact times for completing travel paperwork.
2 ★It won't update ticket charges. This used to be a great app, but now it won't show any updates in flight departure times. My airlines have already told me that the flight times have changed, but the will only show the old times.
