1 ★Can't even login!!! Reset password and get a "temporarily blocked due to excessive attempts" error. 🤦D'Oh!

4 ★I like it better then the bigger competitor, however I wish it would show upload/ download progress in the app. I accidently uploaded a large file and the only cancel option was in the systems notification on my phone but it didn't work. Had to wait till it finished then delete it.

5 ★Very high value product. Storage is cheap and transfer rates are much better than PCloud, which I was using before-hand. Overall quite satisfied.

4 ★Interruptions in work became too frequent: difficulties in downloading with excellent Internet. Disappointment sets in.

3 ★Speeds used to be faster downloads and uploads are now very slow, but files are still intact and none of it missing. UX has improved overtime. Hope bandwidths could be reduced for free users or allocated. Allow option to buy more bandwidth if operating costs are an issue.

5 ★Fantastic cloud storage solution if you're conscious of your privacy. The UI is beautiful, and easy to navigate. The mount tool on your computer is also brilliant. A very seamless experience, and one that gives you peace of mind.

3 ★Initial Experience - As compared to p-Cloud/ yandex , icedrive is a bit slow. In mobile app Unable to open worksheet in its original form, though I have office 365 installed in my mobile I could view excel sheet only in PDF form only. Thus i have again transfer my such data to Yandex. I will share more details after a month's experience.

5 ★I love this cloud and going to keep it because it is the only cloud with a "select all" button, can you believe it.

4 ★Please add opening encrypted folder with fingerprint. And I can't exit app with back gesture, only with home. Is that normal?

2 ★The application cannot upload pictures and videos from the phone! I have granted permission for access. Phone cannot be used for backup!

However, for unknown reasons,I have many issues after updating to the latest version, including problem with uploading to encrypted section, delay in app processing, and not exiting with back button. The app seems to not take action with user input, at least in my device (Android 14 / OneU| 6). Please resolve

1 ★The app barely ever works. Have the files it can't download, other half it can't display. It doesn't want to write to the location I give it, but also doesn't want to open the files it downloads in its app area which I can't access, just taking up space for multiple versions (it tries to download each time because duh why not download again when you already have the file! Also no privacy preserving logs. They can see EVERYTHING.
