Description
"App, Snap, & Drive!"™PlusPass™ is an application users can download to register and pay for travel on toll roads.
If you have purchased an EZ Tag by BancPass™, please see the BancPass™ App instead.
Using the PlusPass™ App
1. DOWNLOAD APP Users download the app to their Android device.
2. CREATE ACCOUNT Create an account by entering their email address and creating password.
3. REGISTER PAYMENT Register a payment mechanism - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover.
4. TAKE LICENSE PHOTO Using your phone or camera enabled Android device, take a photo of the entire back of your vehicle from the left side bumper to the right side bumper, including a clear, readable image of the license plate.
5. DRIVE ROAD Users can use all toll roads in Texas and Washington State. The toll road operator will take a picture of the back of user’s vehicle and associate the license plate with the account on file and payment mechanism registered. The user is charged the toll amount. The user is only charged when using the toll road.

How to install PlusPass APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download PlusPass APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

1 ★Got app on phone a few years ago, worked flawlessly, last few months using Mopac S exit/entrances to and from San Antonio. I kept checking app...no tolls logged, my app/ wallet/ vehicles all show active and up to date. Then ex wife shows me a paper toll bill from Tx regional authority with unpaid bill and fines . Had to call them and pay bill. PlussPass didn't do it's job, now I don't trust it at all, AND emailed them NO response AND attempted to call them on hold 1.25 hrs, hung up, no answer
1 ★I saw a ad for this app on the PikePass website and wrongly assumed it would be a app version of their site. Once you register it immediately requires a payment method and pic of your plates before showing you anything about what the apps user interface is like. I think that's over the top. Why would I give you that if I don't know if you app is any good or I want to use it? So now I have an account I can't delete because it won't go past those screens. Please fix that.
1 ★Tried to use this with a move and it completely failed. Vehicle showed as active, everything was setup correctly and showed that it should have worked. Sent in feedback about it and received a response that was a prepared statement and not helpful in the least. Get a temp tag from your states highway pass location they are cheaper, easier and they actually work.
1 ★Froze my phone 3 times after photo. Now trying to delete my account - how??
1 ★I can't even sign up. Verification code never arrived to my phone.
2 ★I've been having issues with my valid card on file. The app says it's not valid yet I'm getting money taken out of my bank from plus pass as of yesterday. When readding my card--stillba problem. This app also use to give more accurate toll locations now I get random charges and no proof of toll usage on actual app.
5 ★Great mobile app for tolling. Simple set up, simple concept. Works all over the place. A few bugs here and there, but no biggie. Updated to a give star review as the dev team helped fix the issue I have!
