1 ★The app NEVER works anymore, I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, but it doesn't open. Just a dumb message when you click to open that days "Something went wrong. Please try again." Over and over. I couldn't even use my discount in the outlet store because it's always so buggy. Worst app I've ever downloaded! I see that people have the same, similar or even worse complaint... NIKE WHEN ARE YOU GONNA FIX THIS PROBLEM?
1 ★So buggy, both the app and the website! I cannot add my phone number to the app, it crashes. On the website, I cannot see the items in my shopping list, the photos and names won't show up and I cannot even delete them. When I apply a filter on the website, it crashes and I need to refresh the page. How on earth a company like Nike has such an awful e-commerce platforms?
1 ★The app doesn't work correctly half of the time. It constantly logs me out unexpectly requiring the me to sign back in just to even use It. The interface is trash. They never seem to have the correct sizes available. And worse there are shoes advertised within THIS app, to release on a DIFFERENT app, (which has to be downloaded separately) and that app is even worse! What is that!? Who signed off on that stupidity? A mess to deal with just to purchase a shoe, smh.
1 ★The App is not interactive, asking to sign-up or sign-in in the first place, after clicking it redirects to browsers to finish the process. Wastage of time. Why doesn't it complete the process in the same App? I also noted unusual behaviour. Racism based inclusion and exclusion in representations model pictures. So-called diversity but underrepresentation of Asians and male in the photoshoots. Racists.
4 ★Love the selection, products are easy to find, categorized for the shoppers convenience, and love the wish list option to "save things for later." The only thing that has been a negative/struggle is that the website likes to reset so then you lose your spot when browsing and have to start from the beginning.
1 ★[ZERO STAR] Get ready to have missing/undelivered orders if you decide to shop using the app. Learned my lesson and will never install again. No amount of store discounts is worth going through the harrows of dealing with the rubbish system. A faulty app is one thing - but a support team (primarily automated bots) that isn't able to address your order issues makes the entire experience a memory worth lobotomising.
4 ★Usually every time I have ordered stuff it is always came on time everything has been 100% but now all the sudden I have tried to order multiple things and I have used a couple different cards and even Visa gift cards and it's not letting me purchase anything now so I need to figure this out so I can get it fixed because I am trying to order more stuff besides that Nike is a good place to shop.. well see if they fix my problem though.!!!!
1 ★Please add a way to filter out sports team apparel! I don't watch sports and I don't care about team apparel! There's so much team apparel stuff to sift through, it makes it extremely annoying to find anything new. I'd honestly use the app more if I didn't have to scroll through 100's of new sports team apparel while making sure I don't miss any new drops for normal apparel that are hidden among it.
1 ★Won't buy any new releases on this app. Saved all the info and payments and got multiple errors when trying to complete transaction. Later edit: I actually have to give 1 star, the app has always internal error, I can't add anything to the basket or save as favorite
1 ★I think I managed to gain access to the app once every week at most. It constantly breaks and keeps telling me to "try again" ridiculous. When I finally get to use the app it's great but I should be able to look whenever I want not wonder for 4 days if I'll be able to use the app each time I open it.
2 ★After using about a year, it's now having issues. Aside from lagging, slow uploading, I cannot access and the app is always says "something went wrong, please try again later." I will uninstall then reinstall then app will be ok. After awhile, I will have the same issue again and repeat the uninstall & reinstall process.
1 ★This app doesn't work for me anymore. Always getting prompted "Something went wrong" when opening the app. I've tried everything; clearing data and cache. Even uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. I just use the web to browse and shop. So disappointing. If I can give 0 stars, I will.
