O aplicativo permite a catalogação do problema identificado pelo utilizador (cidadão), utilizando a geo-referencia e com apoio em fotografia que pode ser anexada ao relatório. Desta forma simples a aplicação, poderá enviar directamente para as entidades competentes, qualquer ocorrência que requeira a intervenção de equipas de manutenção.
