Instead of downloading, installing and searching back and forth between Apps from individual vendors while still missing out a large portion of listings out there, all you need is this Rental Agent App which gives you a portal to the entire rental market.
The App has a very simple and friendly user interface. Enter a location, which can be a zipcode or a city/town and state and then optionally select one of more property types – Apt, Condo, Townhouse, SFH (single family home), MFH (multiple family home), price range, living space range, number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms then click the Search button and watch it navigates through data sources to bring you back all the listings to choose from. The listing summary screen contains a photo of the property, rental price, living space, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and a link to the Google map to view its location and a link to view more details about the property. Browse through the listings and add entries into a “My Picks” collection for future reference and management.
