5 ★Great app and great value for service. I used Diem for the first time to get my house cleaned. I got the 3 hour cleaning service on a whim to try it out. I was really impressed with how easy to use the app was and how professional the cleaning service was. I told them that I have a parrot and that we don't use any chemical cleaners. They fully understood and cleaned the house with dish soap and vinegar, exactly like I requested. My house is sparkling. Really happy with the service.
1 ★It's the most horrible app ever. I got matched with someone. The person did not show up. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they couldn't make it. It's impossible to get in contact with the person who is supposed to clean and the company itself. It's just horrible. Do NOT USE it if YOU DON'T WANNA BE SCAMMED. Oh, good luck getting your money back when they are the ones who did not show up.
1 ★Horrible stay away!!! Sounds good got my house cleaning assigned quickly... However they double charged my credit card and whats worse the cleaner canceled and so charged twice for nothing!!! They found some one else and then they canceled and someone else the person who canceled the first time? Then SHOCKER they canceled again 🙄 Ugggghhh I would say this is not a reliable source for finding people to perform services

1 ★Terrible. Doesn't work at all. Uninstalled immediately. I opened the app and it was just blank screens and was not able to sign up or make an account.
1 ★The idea is brilliant but execution sucks. The app should follow the same approach as freelancers but instead it follows some weird logic for looking for help and providing services.
1 ★This is some FRAGLE NACKLE BULL!! They give you an option to choose your time, they take your money and then no one shows up. You can't talk to anyone. Everything is via text msg. They couldnt even find anyone to complete the job.
5 ★Friendly and responsive customer service. Requested muscle service for moving assistance and received confirmation when job was assigned. Work was done well and on time. Would use Diem again for future home services, and would recommend giving it a try.

1 ★Yes we had snow fall on sunday night to monday afternoon. I booked a reqiest for tuesday to get driveqay done by 1 pm so i can make my medical appoinent. Ive used them 3 times previously and was reasonably satisfied. This time around the order is still open, ive missed my medical appointment which takes 6 months to get, and there is ZERO response from company via text. This is not good news for thw company sincey review is negative.
1 ★Really poor service done by cleaner and irresponsible support from the support team. The diem is not focused on providing the best service at all. Only trying to make money out of their customer. Never using it again. Not recommending anyone to even try it out.
5 ★First time user of the app and it worked out very well. We used the plumbing service and contractor was on time, friendly and performed the work we needed. App was very easy to use. Will definitely try it again.
