2 ★I've had this app for se eral year ND it works well for me. The reason I give it two stars is because. Customer service is non existent. It stinks to high heaven. They make. It difficult to contact them and even when you do They never answer. Looking for a replacement, app now.
1 ★Can't believe I trusted my important passwords to the junk! Keeps crashing, sync isn't working properly, keeps overwriting new records with old ones. Custom icons don't work. Don't trust your passwords with this app.
4 ★With device and cloud sync the data is available from anwhere. With customizable forms all types of information can be easily accessible -besides passwords i store credit cards, id info such as driver's license and passport numbers, auto insurance #, etc. Each record includes url's, notes, other contact information. Very happy with the product and support.
3 ★It's a good app with corresponding desktop app to sync and/or backup, but 20 bucks a year for the privilege? While it's worked well for me for several years now, surely there is a less expensive alternative.

1 ★I have been a user of splash for years. Purchased the lifetime. I am now most upset and will not use it anymore as it now requires access to my phone calls and contacts. There is no reason for that access for a password keeper. NOT HAPPY IN THE LEAST!!!
1 ★WAS a great app until it wanted permission to look at ALL my phone files, my contacts, my photos - EVERYTHING! The fine print of the permissions info also says that SplashID can DELETE any file it feels like at any time WITHOUT notifying me. BYE, BYE!
1 ★They are robbing those of us who actually paid for the top version before they switched to a subscription basis. No grandfathering in. You've been faithful to us but now want to keep sending your passwords in your phone? Pay us a monthly fee and send them through our servers! AYFKM? The company has proven they can't be trusted by switching terms on the early adopter users that gave them the lifeline they needed when they were just starting out. Now I'm supposed to pay AGAIN just to keep my passwords? Can't export to csv or even print without paying AGAIN so I can manually reenter them into another keeper? I feel a class-action lawsuit coming on! Stay away! This company can't be trusted. Do not give them your money or your passwords!
5 ★absolute best password app I've ever used. I have deleted some of them because it did not meet my needs. However the cross over to the desktop laptop syncing with the phone it's perfect.
1 ★Every year after my account is charged $21 the phone app and Desktop version are disabled. I always have to contact customer service to re-license the product. Please issue a full refund as I have not been able to use this service since 2-21-2020.

1 ★Developers are money hungry. All of a sudden want a yearly subscription when I already bought the app. Functionally the app is exactly the same as it's always been. I don't get why i suddenly need to start paying just to see my passwords.
