5 ★I had some problems reading my tattoo, so I contacted the support area, and they worked on it until it worked. I'm so grateful to the support area, especially with Chelsea

2 ★Finally after not being able to use the app and hear my tattoo for almost 2 years the recent update they did I can use it again 🙂. Don't know what they did but yet again the app doesn't pick up my tattoo just sits there and scans doesn't play, paid $50 with the special for 10 years and have only been able to use it for 1.5 years out of 5 so far still waiting on at least a partial refund for an app that rarely works

2 ★This app it's a joke, I wount play my Soundwave it's soo disappointing that you get yourself this type of tattoo to be able to hear you love ones voice, and the out of no where you can't log into the app and hear those voices that could make that hard day just go by a bit more easier, it's just sad!!!!

5 ★Customer Service is top notch. Initially had some issues but before leaving a review I contacted the team and they promptly responded and found a solution to my issues. Now the app works flawlessly and I can be proud showing off my daddy daughter tattoo. I advise new customers not to rush to register your new tattoo and let it properly heal first in order to get the best possibly read every time. Your patience will pay off and you won't regret your new special tattoo.

5 ★I Love this app I get to hear my Angel Gwen's voice "My Daughter in Heaven" anytime i want just by scanning her soundwave Sometimes it doesn't scan as quickly as other times But it does work and even if the app would ever go away i still have my Angel Gwen's soundwave forever with me . Thank you so much for this app _____UPDATE.... 11/19/23 Almost 4 years later and still working great. The only thing that I would like to see is a offline price because my phone doesn't always have service Thank U
