1 ★The latest update make some bad changes to the app. First the credit/card payment was change to wallet. This is confusing because driver cannot tell its credit payment. Secondly the annoying navigator is force to come in after accepting call. This is the worst navigator. Please revert back to let drivers select their own navigator,be it google map or waze.
1 ★So I upgraded my phone to the latest android 10 version n guess what... Year 2020 in this day n age... They say currently I'm unable to login because Gojek doesn't support the latest android 10 version!!! N they have the audacity to suggest I either downgrade or get another older phone to log in!!! It's not that android 10 was just announced ytd or the week before n caught ur tech guys with their pants down! This is unacceptable!!! Whoever is running tech n support should be fired!! Jeeezzz!!!
1 ★I just downloaded the app. When I type my number down. They said its invalid. This is my first time using this app and I have checked the number over and over again. Its still invalid. I was excited when the app was available but right now im disappointed.
1 ★Getting to pick up point is no longer safe and straight forward, on top of the up to 8km 18mins pickup, YES 8KM.. and 18mins, get ready to be greeted by irate riders who accuse you of going to the wrong pick up point since the app now forces integration with maps that happily plots the longest routes it can possibly find only to finally cut off in the middle of the road somewhere around the pick up point so that you have to take even more time to stop somewhere and manually key in the block or postal code into waze only to get there and further be accused of ETA discrepancies stated in the riders' app which is of course your fault too even though you've no control over anything, emailed screenshots of this forced integration to them as instructed, no news thereafter, good move by the comfy office sitting app developers who have the luxury of time and fantasizing about how a ride would take place on fantasy island as opposed to what happens in reality.
1 ★lousy app and no standard.Cannot even use the heat Map..just a normal cheap app.With pickup location very far and super cheap ride!Feels like doing a charity drive or another word free serviced to the public!Just a empty promised from Gojek!Those Partner who think can boost their earnings i dont think they will, with all the SUPER LOW fare!It's benefitted the Rider but Slavery to the Driver!Seriously have to think more than twice to pickup yr cheap job and waste of time!Its easy talking than do!
4 ★Allow to set a Driver Destination in app, try and match Driver with trip requests from riders going towards that destination. Note that using this feature might limit the number of requests you receive, since you'll only be matched with trips going near a route to your destination. You can set a maximum of two destinations every day.
2 ★1) The incentive is very attractive but hard to hit, cos calls came in very slowly (even during peak hours). 2) Passenger cancellation rate is very high, I ever encountered 3 consecutive cancellations at one go. 3) Passenger didn't show up for more then 5 mins at Velocity pick up point, no waiting allow so I had to make a turn back, calling n msg still couldn't get her, so I had to cancel n I got the penalty. * Hope GO JEK could consider our feedback and to improve on this aspect.
2 ★This app needs continuous reviewing and update to avoid any reverse engineering. Needs to review on its proximity algorithm as pickup for is just simply far. And still, it doesn't support Android 10. Other alternative platform have moved on to that.
5 ★1 major icon needs to add in,when ferrying customer with app on,there is no icon to switch off the auto-bid or pause button.Once job completed,another will pops out,leaving drivers no time to pause the job and go for toilet break.hopefully GoJek technical assistance can look into it to avoid customer waiting and drivers suffering
1 ★If only i can gave 0 Star. Gojek got only 1 Android apps to support (no IOS app for driver) and they can't even update tis app to Android 10 compatible. This show how incompetent the Gojek team is. Will not survice long. Update(8/12/19): Updated to ver 1.70 and it still do not support Android 10, even my kids game also updated to support Android 10. What a Company!.
1 ★i dont know how long you need to take to allow notification sound change. a few months here and still no update. I have stopped driving because of the irritating alarm noise. just 1 beep is sufficient. constantly hearing the alarm when i dont want to take the call makes me want to smash my phone.
1 ★Feedback is always ignored Can spent time to revamp icon but unwilling to make improvements on driver app 80% of in app map isn't accurate Majority trips fare is lower than Grab 60% of passenger never bother to reply or ans call Passengers like to key in postal code for landed property & condos expecting driver to know which condos & tower Lots of self booking especially during towards last 5-10 end of peak hr. Always in cash payment, short trip & will cancel when not assigned to them.
