Description

Calculate parking fees automatically
Key in your vehicle number, select the car park and indicate your estimated parking duration. Your charges will be automatically calculated (free parking timings, whole-day parking, night parking are all included).

Pay for parking digitally
Pay using your credit or debit card and start parking.

Track and extend your parking session remotely
Receive notifications when your parking session is expiring or has ended. Extend your parking session without having to return to your vehicle.

End your parking session early
End your parking session if you're back at your vehicle early. A refund based on the actual parked duration will be given.

Known Issues:
* Confirmation screen gets partially cut-off on the HTC U11 and HTC 10 because of HTC Boost+ app optimisation. Turn off the Boost+ app optimisation for the app and it will work.
* Delayed notifications on China brand phones like Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo. This is due to their aggressive battery optimisation. Add the app to the Protected Apps list to solve the delayed notifications issue.

5 ★No issues to date. Even alerts you parking is free so you won't even pay by mistake when there's no charge for parking.

1 ★Something wrong today with the apps now. It close app by itself. I keep trying many timee to do parking. Need to quickly type in before it goes close probably 6 second app close.

2 ★Would havr rate it higher if not because of lousy respond from the team. I feedback bug about map showing wrong location. I was at amk and the map show bedok car park opposition amk library. I feedback through the apps about the problem with screen shot and got a reply about i should have turn on gps and i should have enter the car parking manually . If ther are not even willing to fix such small bug, that should consider remove the apps completely .

4 ★Should have a function to download monthly parking charges summary to tally with Credit card bills.

2 ★First off... location is not always accurate. Secondly, I got informed of coupon expiry more than 18hrs later. I had long left that location.

4 ★Hi I recheck my statement and saw that the erroneous charges for 31 Aug and 3 Sept is no longer there . The only charge now to parking.sg is back to the correct amount. Thanks for the reply.

3 ★Hi,once I add my car and the app started deduct from 28mins instead of 30mins,I am using samsung Android phone,and I email to feedback,but still no respond after a week.

4 ★The app is very useful to eliminate the need to tear the parking coupons. Can you please consider allowing a number of e wallets like Grab Pay, Pay lah etc instead of linking by credit card which is very costly on the backend for the government and taxpayers?

1 ★Remove old card details and add new card details. Page hangs after new details added. Keep loading all the way. Error message came up with some handshake error with Stripe
