L’application ancien hôtel de ville de Caen propose une restitution virtuelle de l’ancien hôtel de ville de Caen avant sa destruction en 1944. D’abord centre de formation des prêtres (séminaire des Eudistes) puis hôtel de ville de Caen à partir de 1792, le bâtiment occupait toute la partie ouest de l’actuelle place de la République.
Grâce à la riche base documentaire de l’association Cadomus et aux systèmes développés par le CIREVE, vous pouvez désormais découvrir une partie de la place de la République et la totalité de l’ancien hôtel de ville tel un promeneur de 1936.
