1 ★Every time I try and refresh my roster, there is some problem or the other. This time, it tries to log in, keeps trying for quite a while and is unable to do so. I tried logging out, re installing the app, nothing works. This app is very unreliable and I unfortunately bought the fully paid version. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
4 ★A well organized app. It combines a lot of useful functions. E.g. flight information, detailed airport information including hotels, leisure activities, weather forecast. You can also get in contact with your colleagues or find out if you have shared flights. The only thing I miss a little bit is a live tracking possibility so that you can see where your A.C. is at the moment and/or if it's on tome or not. Pricing for membership is absolutely fine. Another good thing about it is that if you have any question or problem, you will get an answer by return and they'll come also back to you in order to find out if there is still a problem or if it has been solved. I can really recommend it.
5 ★I have been using this app for years because it is so easy to use. I am not technical at all and this app just takes all the stress away for me. I love it because I can just click on the app and know straight away what time i’m working and where I am going, I can see the other crew and I can see flight times and time changes. You can set the times to local or utc which i find really helpful. It’s so much easier for me to go to this app rather than have to log in constantly to my work roster online and it’s really quick and easy to update if I have any changes, highly recommend this for any flight or cabin crew.
5 ★Exceptionally useful and essential app for any commercial aircrew. Particularly useful for sharing my roster with family members using Google calendars, once setup very little work is required to keep them in the picture. The ability to connect to company rostering systems is also a big time saver, and makes keeping up with roster changes simple. I also find the ability to export rosters to Jeppesen CrewAlert really helpful, particularly if you have a fatiguing roster.
1 ★Only shows the number of sequences, not the number of flights. If I wanted to count those up manually I wouldn't have paid for the app. Underwhelming. To the developer: Hey, thanks for answering! It shows that I've only flown 29 flights all time and 6 for this year, which is absolutely incorrect. How do you see the complete number?
1 ★It worked fine until March, after an app update I can no longer select the date from which I want my schedule or for how many days. Meaning that at the end of the month you cant see what happens the next month because you can only get a schedule for the month you are in. Making the app absolutely useless!!! On top of that after more than 2 weeks of "support" they have not once actually helped or even acknowledged the problem.in short, useless app now
2 ★I have been using RosterBuster for nearly a year now and it worked fine up until this last week or so. I uploaded my latest schedule and for some reason it has days doubled up. For instance where I have a day off it will also have the next days work all mushed together. Its glitched or something. Please fix. ♡
5 ★The support team is very nice and helpful, I was surprized to see that they are acting so efficient. The app works very good. If your roster is on the pdf and it is difficult to read, you can upload it manualy in the ics format. The app interface is very friendly.
1 ★Stay away from this application. Wrong calculations on block hours and duty hours. Company roster cannot be uploaded correctly or not uploaded at all. Wrong layovers and wrong longest flights with airports not visited at all have been uploaded. Have this issue for 10 months and they just cannot fix it. Please dont ask me to contact roster buster team again. I did it 10 times. Waste of money and time.
2 ★Not bad, not amazing. Too expensive tho. $4 per month for a few kinda handy but not amazing features. No one I know keeps it beyond the free trial based on its silly price. $5 a year and so many people would actually buy that.
1 ★Too many discrepancies The app seems good but they are charging a subscription while still having lots of bugs. I've contacted support several times and they're always helpful but I shouldn't be paying for a subscription when I gotta contact them twice a week to fix a bug. Most common bug is a duty being saved as unknown in my calendar.
5 ★NOTE: PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED ASAP AND ENJOYING THE APP. Unfortunately I paid for one month to try this app, it was suggested by one of my friends. I am unable to download my roster I tried my best and re installed the app but I couldn't. What a waste of money.
