ABC分析とは、対象を重要度別にA・B・Cの三段階に分類して考える方法です。

◇Ｂグループ：70～90% 品切れしない程に在庫を保持。改良すべきメニュー。

【使い方】
①比較したい商品やメニューの名前と価格を最初に登録します。
価格は「売値」もしくは、「原価差し引き後の純利益」で統一して登録します。
②日々の売り上げの実績の数値を入力します。
カレンダーから選択して、任意の日付けに入力します。
③ABC分析結果をグラフで確認します。
期間をタブから選択して、「全期間」又は月毎で表示できます。
