色々なことが出来ちゃうボーシム研のRPG風道具屋経営ゲーム。錬金や鍛冶でアイテムを作って売りながら、用心棒を雇って強盗や魔王軍と戦おう。家を建てて人に貸したり、花や木や野菜を植えて家具を置いて街作りをしたり、金貸しで儲けることもできるぞ。街の好きな子と結婚して子供を育てることまで可能！（離婚、再婚まで出来ます！）ネットランキング対応。
なお、本作はＩＩとなっていますが、事実上道具屋シリーズの第一作目です。
また、通信ができない状況でも全く問題なく遊ぶことが出来ます。
