2 ★Nice nostalgia game but rates are just so poor and gems so rare makes it hard to compete with power creep end up just missing a good part of events as without whaling just not possible. Enemies having infinite mana is also just a rediculous idea
1 ★Mindini the stupid ***** keeps interrupting my gameplay. Turn her off I don't care for her mandatory explanations of things that are so damn simple, not to mention GIANT paywall of 3000 gems per 10x just to perform a mediocre summons that nets you next to nothing.
1 ★DO NOT PURCHASE PASSPORT! It doesn't work all the time. Even if I follow their instructions on how to activate it, which I shouldn't be doing since I paid for the service and I expect it to be there all the time, it still won't work. I missed the opportunity of extra gold because of this and gold is not that easy to get. Upgrading toons is heavily reliant on gold. Therefore, I can't compete much in the Arena. I can't enter harder challenges because I don't have enough gold to rank them up.
2 ★Everything is fine, except the "Back up your Data" Reward, you have step by step how to claim it and when you do it does not work....
1 ★The paid Scout function is a COMPLETE RIP-OFF! There are zero retries for scouting special event characters, even when you pay. I've gotten the SAME S-CLASS characters 3 times in a row!!! 😡 The characters you need for Battle Road are next to impossible to recruit from the story or Scout. 😠 The best event storylines are not available long enough to complete, such as the Slime Family event months ago. 😢 I'm reeeally fed up with scouting and never getting any new characters! 😭
5 ★So far so good, it's another one of those card collector games but it has a very warm and fuzzy feel to it, what with monsters from the beloved franchise being the cards you collect (well...monsters you collect) story seems decent enough. A few gripes I have is that a) you dont have a main character as such, a bit of personal touch in the form of a customisable character is never unwelcome! And b) obtaining weapons seems to be pretty difficult...early days though I guess
1 ★Was a decent F2P game. Played since US launch. Gets a little stale and ended up just autoplaying most battles. The story is cheeky but I have a hard time caring enough to read through the text. Gets a 1 star cause it's the only game I've played where it didn't link with my Google account. The app wouldn't launch so I figured I'd reinstall it and lost everything. Very thankful I never spent money on this game. Just a massive waste of time.
4 ★Great game, nostalgic feeling playing heroes and villain from old DQ Series. One thing i hate, the game AI while autoplay, doesn't use certain skill that we expect the char to use. Remidheal and kabuff for example, why can't the monster use it in autoplay mode
3 ★So even though you are supposed to win in the arena after ten turns I still lost even though I had more health in my last remaining fighter than my opponent. But I guess they bugged the victory as usual.
2 ★Hit a wall. There's no real path to beating new content unless you pay money and hope the RNG works for you. Not going to pay money. You never get enough gems unless a new event opens up, which is every two months. It's too slow.
1 ★I had been playing since the first week, spent a lot more than I should have, but I just can't take it anymore. The game isn't free to play friendly at all. The drop rates for everything is super low and the stamina system they use is beyond unfriendly. I would have been ok with the cost of banners if you didn't constantly need to spend your gems just to play the game a normal amount. If you want to pull on the banners, you're required to spend money and the cost of the gems is ridiculous.
2 ★I love Dragon Quest, played it on Nintendo DS. Amazing games. So I loved the monsters etc. Tiny issue is the amount of time you've got to put in to exp your monsters. Also such a shame the game won't launch anymore. That's the reason only 2 Stars.
