3 ★This is a purchased app. In the past, it gave satisfactory performance. Unfortunately, recent performance has been disappointing. Despite reinstalling the apps a few times, all the calendar inputs have been unstable. Sometimes it gives me duplicate similar inputs, sometimes inputs deleted from my laptop and yet it still appear on the apps. 😔 the update is not reliable. I am giving 3 stars for the past good performance, otherwise would be 1 star because all the issues still not rectify.
4 ★Oddly enough, I'm not entirely sure what benefit the Pro version gives. I was accidentally using the older version because I forgot to update my widgets. And equally oddly the older version seems to have more configuration capability. I'm in the unenviable position of being completely unable to see the blue text in my month view widget and can't change it. I'll give this 4 stars once there's an update to cure that. Other than this I find this excellent and still far better than the stock one on my phone
5 ★I appreciate the ease of using this app as opposed to that which came with my phone. I especially like the calculator-like keyboard instead of the barrel-like rolling method of selection. The app syncs perfectly with Google calendar, so everything's backed up on my PC and tablet. The option to make templates for similar kinds of appointments is most helpful.
5 ★This is the best calendar i have tried so far. Its functionality is very good and when coupled with the tasks program, you achieve a great resource. I am using the previous version to the most recent because I don't like the newer methods of data inputting, but overall a package thats very intuitive and simple to use, but at the same time, powerful.
1 ★Used to love this app, but it started duplicating appointments daily from one of my accounts--is now at 9 repititions of every appointment from that account as compared with my phone's default calendar app! Reached out to technical support but so far little help. Tried ninstalling more than once without improvement--uninstalling permanently now unless a solution is found. Shame.
4 ★This app is generally great. It has improved over there last 2 years and performs consistently. There are times that events get put on 2 different calendars so it looks like I have 2 appointments. I can't figure out why that happens when I only enter the info once. It is very convenient that I can make a meeting a video meeting easily.
2 ★Business Calendar stopped popping up reminders for events. Not sure when this happened, but it no longer matters if I create an event in Thunderbird/Lighting, Google Calendar (website), or directly on my phone, setting a pop-up reminder does nothing. I removed Business Calendar to see if Google Calendar (the Android app) would do pop-ups and it works fine. Shame because BC's widgets look better than Google's.
3 ★I've used this app for awhile now. Have always enjoyed it, but I do not like that the new update on the widget now that does not go straight into the calendar for 1 month and now makes me go into two months then I have to select the now month to go into that. Extra steps that are beyond annoying on something I use diligently. Once it gets fixed I'll give 5 stars, until then I give it 3
5 ★Works very well 99% of the time. Wish they had calendar backup/restore. I lost a lot of historical entries when all my data got wiped out. Not sure what happened. Also I was unable to edit when going back to daylight savings time. End date got set before start date. I had to edit in another calendar to set end date before returning to this app. Over all this is the best calendar app I have used. I wish they had a windows version or a Android emulator for Windows.
5 ★I've been using this app for several years and across several phones. It's versatility in allowing me to customize, to color code 8 (more possible, i just only need the 8) different calendars, as well as to sync it across three separate phones in order to keep our busy family organized had been a lifesaver. The companion "tasks" app allows me to set reminders without adding an appointment to the calendar. Worth the upgrade from the free version!!!
1 ★This app has been repeatedly "stopping"/shutting itself down before I can even try to do anything with it. And when it does let me stay on long enough to use it, I find it has removed the option to edit just one instance of a recurring event. So if a weekly meeting is canceled one time only, for example, my only choices are to either cancel ALL meetings ever or cancel none at all. Really messed up because I paid for this app and wanted to recommend it to others. The widget won't work either!! 😤
5 ★I've been using Business Calendar Pro for several years and love it. My favourite feature is the coloured categories so I can see at a glance what's happening throughout the week, and that if my phone is down for any reason, I can access my calendars online. My usage is fairly basic in terms of available functions, but it's perfect for me.
