1 ★This app implied that it had better integration with google assistant than it in fact does. On paper, it is a great service, however - the lack of any ability to set reminders using google assistant means that half of the app is a waste of money, if that is your main way of working. Disappointingly - I was automatically charged for a yearly subscription before I realised, and the developers refused to provide a refund. Unfortunately I would recommend just sticking with google assistant. Not worth the money. *caveat- if this google assistant functionality was added - that could make it worthwhile. is there a plan to fix that?
1 ★I've used this before and dumped it, and I gave it another try this past few weeks. The most annoying part is when I setup a task, and accidentally tap "done", there is NO WAY for me to retrieve it back. This app do have "completed task" in the setting but that just it, you cant even revert it back and need to start it all over.
5 ★I had this when I had an iMac two years ago. The interface and features are more convenient such as to get, to buy, and etc. I haven't really gone half way through the apps when the app forced me to review. But, bottomline is I loved this app and now it's better. Some may not see the good sides of it, I tried to convince my team to use this app thinking we could share the tasks through the apps with Slack. Covid destroyed my company, still I'm using slack & any.do myself because it's useful.
5 ★Started using this a long time ago, recently redownloaded after going through a period of not using any productivity apps and, returning to this app I love what they've done with it. The integrations to the calendar, the sub-task feature, the various categorization options, and the customizable any.do moment are all very useful and exactly what I was wanting from this type of an app. Basically it's good at what is does, and they update! It also had my old tasks, which was a good little chuckle.
5 ★Really great "to do" app. Allows for adding subtasks, notes and files + tags to distinguish among projects / lists. Very easy. Excellent reminders with "one touch" snooze possibilities. Prompts to plan ahead your day a pleasant surprise feature. "Focus on an activity" in order to eliminate distractions, another great surprise feature. Excellent service response. Only annoying, you have to first save task & date and then go back to it to add tags, notes etc. But overall, superb.
3 ★A good app but it's got such an annoying design flaw... Every time you go to add a reminder and select a time from the swipable menu with "tomorrow morning, next week, someday, custom" options, the menu is so thin that if you don't click with extreme precision within the menu boundaries it closes the 'add reminder" section and deletes whatever you've typed. I accidentally click outside the menu alllllll the time and have to re-type everything multiple times.
5 ★I have ADHD and this app is so helpful with keeping me on task. I so wish I had this app when I was in H. S. My grades would have been better. This is the best app, planner etc I have ever come across. I can't live without it now! I love it and tell everyone about its amazing abilities. It deserves 10 stars.
1 ★Latest Update: I'm getting really frustrated by this app. Simple features no longer work. How could an app so simple, working perfectly become so buggy? No proper test cycles? Lost a few of your good testers? No automated testing or good test coverage? Quite frustrating doing simple things like marking a repeated task as done before the task time. This used to set the next task for the following day. Now, it just rescheduled the task for SAME DAY! === Best todo list app here....
4 ★I've used Any.do for years, both paid and free. I love how you can prioritize tasks, and the daily review of tasks easily helps keep you on track. The calendar that shows events and tasks is great. Highly recommended! My only comment would be that I wish it was a bit more customizable in the free version. 😀
2 ★Edit: I can receive reminders on the watch, but tapping the done button doesn't work. I see a big white check mark on the screen, but the task remains incompleted. I'd like to see a fix in the near future. Android app itself is great.
5 ★Good app, I like using it on an every day basis. But please post what has been changed in app when you upload a new version here. And also it will be great, if you work on on the app design - better font, Save button in the bottom of every page (task edit, tag creation etc.).
1 ★Not enjoying the app yet.. Paid for full access for a year, and the WhatsApp feature isn't working properly, tried setting a reminder for Friday, response came back saying reminder had been set for Saturday. This is not the first instance. This should be fixed or a refund should be in place
