WHAT IS MATERIALSPRO:
• MaterialsPro is a comprehensive and accurate software tool to analyze material requirements, selection, screening suitable materials and validation in sour service / H2S containing process environments
• Developed in consultation with industry leading professionals
• Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in Oil & Gas environments are key contributors to catastrophic failures in assets worldwide.
• Materials used in H2S containing environments, therefore must be selected, manufactured, heat treated and fabricated as per stringent requirements of NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standard to prevent failure
• MaterialsPro is the culmination of complex algorithms to accurately estimate, predict and analyze material requirement based on user specified inputs in accordance with the international standards and industry best practices
• The software contains a comprehensive material database that can provide chemical composition/chemistry, heat treatment, hardness, fabrication and all other requirements related to sour service
• No need for internet connectivity. Works completely offline once downloaded and installed
WHAT MATERIALSPRO CAN DO:
• Predict material suitability and material selection requirements for Carbon steel, Low alloy steel and Cast Iron
• Screen and select acceptable materials based on specified fluid composition
• Analyze the suitability of Stainless steels, Nickel alloys, Cobalt alloys, Titanium, Tantalum etc. based on process fluid parameters
• Get chemical composition of sour service approved alloys, search alloy based on filters
• Estimate in-situ pH value based on fluid chemistry
• Calculate H2S Partial Pressure and reverse calculation to find out the H2S content required to reach a specified threshold value
• Estimate the SSC Severity region
• Obtain Pitting Resistance of alloys
• Corrosion dictionary which has a huge database of corrosion related terms and their meaning
• Find H2S corrosion cracking mechanisms (such as Sulfide stress cracking, stress corrosion cracking, Hydrogen induced cracking etc.) applicable based on usage scenario
• A comprehensive technical reference material that includes theoretical basis cracking mechanisms and interpretations based on NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156
• Get material grade specific requirements (eg. Specific requirements for grades UNS S31603, N07718 etc. )
• Find material suitability/requirements based on usage scenario (eg. Valves, tubings, compressors etc.)
• Get Hardness limits, Heat Treatment, cold working requirements
• Obtain fabrication requirements, welding restrictions that includes PWHT, WPS/PQR qualification requirements, hardness etc.
• Understand material usage limits with respect to Temperature, Chloride content, pH and H2S Partial pressure
• Carryout detailed analysis and save results. Option to email results as well
WHO CAN USE:
• Oil & Gas Professionals
• Piping Engineers, Pipeline Engineers, Process & Chemical Engineers
• Mechanical Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers
• Integrity Assurance engineers & Risk Based Inspection, NDT personnel
• Corrosion Engineers
• Welding engineers
• Quality control engineers
• Cathodic Protection Engineers
• Steel mills / suppliers
• Pipe, Line pipe, plate, forging manufacturers and fabricators
• Valve manufacturers
• Oil & Gas operators, Refineries, EPC Engineering companies
• Materials / Metallurgy engineers / Metallurgists

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
