5 ★See Clinic has proven to be a great tool for my doctor appts that used to be in person. The savings in gas alone have been a godsend. The format is easy to use and effective.
4 ★This app did really good at first. No problems with it until the upgrade. Last week, the doctor had to call my phone because I had a black screen and it wouldn't let me see or hear her. I'm hoping today, at 10AM, it's better when I meet with my grief counselor. Other than that... I would have given it 5 stars. Thank you for developing this app.
4 ★One problem needing a fix is in adding one's birthdate. It's ridiculous having to scroll from 1980 down or up to one's birthdate. It's annoying and unnecessary. It would make more sense to select the month, date and year in a format allowing ready access. I detest the format currently available.
1 ★worst app ever. half the time it takes me almost a hour and reboot my tablet to open app. now there is a NEW VERSION UPDATE, and it wont let me install for my Dr appts.
4 ★Used it before. Requires update and it won't download from the Play Store. Uninstalled app and now it won't download as a new app. Googled the problem and some people had this issue because of their Playsore App. I eventually uninstalled that App and Reinstalled it. I successfully was able to download Vsee App easily after that. Problem solved.
1 ★I had a tellahealth appointment, when I opened the app it took me to Play Store to update the app. It just sits and spins. Restarted my phone same thing, Uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall and it waiting for download and sits and spins, got tired of it after 15 minutes of frustration and stopped the app from supposedly downloading.
3 ★Had trouble downloading. It took forever 😭😒 to get it to just come up and it was like that on my other phone as well. Then when I finally got it to download and open I had problems connecting with my Dr. Plus the connection talking to him was a interference in and out. Will give it another chance next time but if it's anything like the first I will not be using it again. I give it three stars for effort
1 ★It sucks, fix it so we patients can key in the birthdate instead of scrolling backwards months and years, a month at a time, to get the correct date and if you got it just the wrong way, you have to start all over from the beginning. That sucks big-time.
5 ★I used this on my A20 phone april 2020 for a crucial doctors visit which was easy to download/setup & I was able to move the phone to show the doctor why I made the video appointment which was the only way I could see her otherwise I would have to go to an emergency room. My feet has swollen due to heart issues and it was clear enough for her to detect what was going on and tell me just come see her immediately. Despite a pandemic going on. I can say this app safely saved my life.
1 ★Im a pretty tech savvy, but Ive never seen a mobile app crash my data connection. Everytime i try to join a session my phone dumps my data connection and cant reconnect to LTE for up to 30min. Can watch youtube, use zoom etc from the same place indefinitely. Worst app I've ever used
2 ★It's not the worst app iv ever used, but it is very uncomfortable, and limited. I wish it would add my doctor's contact so he knows I want to see him, and he can text me any info I need, but instead it just throws me into a call without any other options, or instructions. Even zoom has a better set up. It really needs improvement.
