5 ★Every tour we have done is exceptional - all over the world! The only problem is giving the exact meeting place. Sometimes we had to search for it. Could be more explicit!
1 ★Horrible experience. They used a dark UX pattern during the ticket purchasing process to rope us into buying $275 worth of tickets on the WRONG DATE. Then they refused to change the date or refund us. Don't risk purchasing anything through this creepy unethical operation. We really regret it.
1 ★The app downloads OK but then when you open it, it states that it is detecting location and stops there. Nothing after that. App needs to be urgently fixed.
1 ★No way to get mobile tickets on iOS or android. In addition, I tried reviewing the tours I took and the app refused to post my review, telling me to try later, then my review is gone and have to type it again. After two trials I have app. One of the worst apps out there!
1 ★Cannot log in, no help on help site. I am caught in a loop. Cannot login, cannot reset password. Therefore I cannot access my reservations. Very frustrated right now.
5 ★This is more a review of Viator than the app. I have used Viator all throughout Europe and a little in the states. They never disappoint. Great company with a great stable of local tour companies.
1 ★Horrendous service. Got stranded in Singapore with tickets that were not acceptable by places I bought them for - Marina Bay view deck, Botanic Gardens and Gardens by the Bay. Don't use Viator! Waste of money and time.
3 ★The app works fine, but I wish it would remember my log on! Every time I have to log on then allow permission to work offline. I need it to already work offline to get to my ticket. Annoying.
1 ★Service was very bad, 2 times cancelation in a row on my airport transfer. Last one, they changed the term and condition which was not that i bought at beginning. They dont want the responsibility. Not recommended and will not use this apps again. Uninstalled
3 ★The previous mobile version was good. Easy to navigate but this updated version has no wishlist tab? So inconvenient to search everything from scratch is there's no tab for us to save our preferred listings?
2 ★While all the tickets I bought for Italy worked, it's really annoying that I cannot see the full itinerary on the mobile version and will still need to redirect myself to the web version to fully read up on the tour before I book.
1 ★Difficult - For booking a hotel-to-airport transfer, app requires air arrival details. Only by filling bogus data into those fields was the app able to store the relevant data. Wake up, Viator, and pay attention to your app functionality!
