1 ★The service and cards are terrible, it was push down in the airport instead of cash now my money is stuck I have not been able to use or withdraw, dont use this service, it does not work well.

1 ★Constantly crashing. 'Unkown error, cannot retrieve your details' Local office number (Thailand) unobtainable. E-MAILS to UK just get a format response. AVOID THIS COMANY AND CARD AT ALL COSTS.

1 ★App rarely works. Not what you need when you are in a foreign country. Also it doesn't work for paying for stuff online in a foreign country.

2 ★The app doesn't work, when I try to login it just says something went wrong so no way to top up until it decides to work again. Thanks for your response but I tried uninstalling the app and restarting my device but received the same error after reinstalling

1 ★Takes far too long to see funds that have been loaded into the account from your bank. Using Payid should be almost instant after the first time. Convoluted process for a deposit action that requires an order number sent via email and limited to 30 minutes. Update: We were on vacation in Mauritius and realised I could use my Macquarie debit card with zero international fees. So easy to load more funds to as well unlike this impossible Travelex card.

1 ★Terrible. It takes forever to top up, it stopped working for some reason and I had to reinstall it again etc... Not the kind of stress you want while travelling. The card itself is fine though! But I switched to a different card company because of this unreliable app.

1 ★Uploading funds is convoluted, especially if bPay. It can take 48 hrs for funds to show and forget weekends. Each time you log in you're using your card number and password, then you're asked to create a 6 digit Pin and re-enter to confirm the Pin but why as next time you access the App you go through the same process. It is not like other financial Apps where the Pin becomes your login.
