1 ★The app is terrible. It doesn't work correctly and won't recognise my account details when I attempt to login. The customer service is horrible too. I emailed and tried to call the service number, with no response via either method.
1 ★Absolutely useless. App does not load to allow me to top up my card. Even the actual website to load the card has been nothing but trouble. If I had known it would be so difficult to load the card I would never have gone with Travelex.
1 ★Can someone please tell me what has happened to this app?? I have enjoyed using it up until December, but now all I'm getting are errors messages (like many others on here) sayings "oops something has gone wrong, pls try again" which I have done repeatedly and no change. I uninstalled and just reinstalled, however it's even worse than before, at the first touch an error message pops up. Will be uninstalling again. Not happy at all
1 ★Bought the card but can't register it on the app or website. Very frustrating as we need to change the currnecy from Euros to Pounds. We wouldn't get the card again because of this. Thankfully we didn't put all our forex on the card!
1 ★This app is terrible, can't login keep getting an error message saying oops try again later! Unable to check my balance or top up! Even the website is throwing error messages when I try to top up. This is so frustrating please fix it!
4 ★When i couldnt get into the app it gave me an error with no explanation and no error code just "an unexpected error" because of this i didn't know if the error was on my end or the apps. however that is the only problem I've had with this app so far.
1 ★I wish I could give no stars. How this company is still in business I have no idea. Lucky we didn't put all our money on the travelex card. If we did of we would have been stuck in Italy with no way to pay for accommodation, food, transfers ect. I have to pay bank fees for overseas transactions. For 3 weeks I checking the app and website just trying to get the money out. I was able to once. Now I'm back home and I'm still unable to do something as simple check the balance FOR MY OWN MONEY!!!!
1 ★I had it on my phone and worked great for 4 days now it won't load previous transactions so I tried installing on my tablet and it jyyst asks where I am a citizen then just blank logo screen. I have tried emailing and no response. Fix the bug! I am overseas for another 82 days and I need this to work
1 ★Downloaded latest version from store on both a Samsung tablet and HTC phone no worries. Soon as I click on App for what country I get a message 'Oops something went wrong try again later'. Still doesn't work later. Have uninstalled and reloaded etc to no avail. No other problems with other apps.
1 ★Terrible!!! Doesn't even work. Constant login in failures, could no even acces to the app because it just kept givin error messages when attempting to log in. Don't waste your time and loss your money with this app and the Travelex Card!! 😡
2 ★Downloaded the app, can't even open it every time I select where I'm from it says 'oops, something went wrong' I've reinstalled it 6 times same issue. Doesn't need an update either just won't allow me to log in at all.
1 ★Worked great for a couple months now not at all. Tried to transfer money to my husband's card and now I cannot. App says oops something went wrong and cannot do it through the website. He's got another month in country and now I have to figure out how to get funds to him.
