1 ★Pls don't buy this product. Forex is far too important to be left to these guys. Very poor money top us service. No customer care support beyond India office hours. Appnis poorly designed, the balance in the card is truncated. Overall, while the customer care is ready to help when reachable the card does put you into a lot of forex trouble if you are stranded Inna foreign country.
1 ★And the struggle continues.. Worst experience of a replacement of card, it has been almost 3 days, they have a mundane and old process. They keep you waiting for 3 days for an amount of 250 Rs, which they can't accept on-line but have to share screenshot and then also manually check it with different department. In an age of instant money, this is the slowest I have seen...

There is no way you can get in touch with Channel Partner as the phone number provided to us is 0000000. Please, I request you all with Folded Hands to stay away from this app. I would rather buy Forex in the Airport at Premium Rates rather than avail of this Useless App services.
1 ★One of the worst experience with them.i had to wire transfer for education fees.Firstly they gave bad rate(higher price) compared to another private bank.i even showed them the proof that atleast match the price but no they said if i dont do transaction then i loose 50k ( which is refundable only after transaction) hence i had to go with transaction.After transfering the whole amount to them their agent stopped picking up my call.no response from email.it was extremely scary situation for me.

1 ★Very bad service. I had placed an reload order while I was in spain. They took money but never recharged my card ever after 72 hours and calling their customer service. Fortunately I had cash euros with me. I highly recommend not to use Bookmyforex cards ever. Use Niyo global cards for Better reliability.
3 ★I got the money. But they delayed the payment of the currency by 2 days and reduced the amount which was very inconvenient. Still the convenience of having the currency home delivered is nice. Rates are comparable to airport exchange rates.
