1 ★Wrong and fake info. Called up to one of the places and realise that the money changer itself does not even submit the info at all. To the money changer, hope there's a place to lodge a complaint. For commuters, it's best to call up and check. If there's a chance will rate 0 out of 5. Wasted trip made
3 ★Slight difference in rates but the worst is that all these money changers do not have the amount that you want. Telling you to come down to their place and they will get you the amount you want if they don't have enough. Some even promised you that they have the amount you want. But when you reached there they can't deliver what they promised. The app are fine even though it can't keep track of the currency that you want. Iit can be improved. It's the money changer that's unreliable.
1 ★Each selection took too long to load. In fact waited for more than 30 sec and gave up waiting. Website for the app seems faster. Such a shame.
2 ★Recently keep having the "cannot get into Get4x network"... terrible... work for some time, but recent weeks cannot check any rates! Uninstall & reinstall also dun work!
