5 ★Love this app! Easy to use, and keeps me updated on all my upcoming shifts.
1 ★Can't set schedule. User interface is unintuitive which is extremely frustrating if one is trying to set an account up for a time sensitive job offer. Ater using the thing for a week: The app disconnects and flickers for no discernable reason. It consistently fails to sync with gps. I might miss out on days worth of pay because it won't let me clock in reliably. There is still no visible option in the app to set a preferred schedule. The app's a failure, why on earth would employers use it?

1 ★We like the setup of When I Work, but currently the app is not working at all. All it says is an error occurred and then won't open. Customer service is lookong into it but its been days of not being able to schedule/shift swap etc.
5 ★It's a awesome little tool to have. A constant reminder of your scheduled hours. The actual time you clock in and out, straight verification of your hours.
2 ★Crashes constantly, randomly whites out, glitches, freezes. Chat sometimes sends notification, if it feels like it. Has recently started seizing when I'm trying to take an open shift. Frustrated and can't contact anyone. Can chat but it crashes the app more often than not. Have used Android and IPhone. Worse on Android but still bad on Iphone
2 ★I'm missing out on money because of this app. It's very buggy! Work chat works when it wants to. I don't get shift availability posted on my calendar. Everyone I work with says they have the same problems sometimes but mine seems to be all the time.
1 ★Barely usable. Won't open the dashboard, won't open the work chat so I'm constantly missing very important conversations. I have un installed and re installed 6 times and now I don't get anything but an error notice. Atleast I can see my schedule 🙄
1 ★When I try to login I continue to get "User login required for this resource"...I then select password reset to be sent a link to reset password. When I click on the link it immediately takes me to my workplace page (without ever being able to change password) only to then have the option to logout or select my employer/ company. If I select my employer I get "user login required for this resource" error message. I am therefore right back where I started. uninstalled and cleared all data..0 star
5 ★Great but there's issue with the app sending me delayed messages hours after they have already been sent
5 ★So much better than having to text around and ask for a photo of a paper schedule, so nice to be able to go right there in-app and trade shifts with coworkers or be able to make time-off requests if I have something going on. I don't think I want to go back to the paper schedule ever again!
3 ★This app would work optimally if the location accuracy was fixed. 4/5 times my location in the app appears to be at random locations across town each morning and I'm unable to clock in for my shift, not "being within 500 feet" of my work location even though I am there.
