청운대학교 웹 그룹웨어와 연동되는 전자결재 어플리케이션입니다.청운대학교 구성원의 편리한 전자문서 확인 및 결재를 위해 제작한 어플리케이션 입니다.
기능은 아래와 같습니다.
*요구사항
- LTE 및 Wi-Fi연결이 필수입니다.
- LTE요금제 중 안심서비스를 사용하시는 고객은 로그인이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 해당 어플리케이션을 사용하기 위해서는 통합정보에서 등록한 "로그인아이디/비밀번호"로 로그인이 가능합니다.
■ 제공기능
1. Push알림 : 결재문서가 도착하거나 결재가 완료된 경우 알림을 통해 확인
2. 게시판 : 공지사항 및 최근 게시물을 확인 및 새로운 글 작성
3. 결재 : 현재 본인이 결재 해야하는 문서를 보거나 결재
- 결재대기 : 본인이 결재 해야 할 문서
- 결재진행 : 본인이 결재를 올린 문서이거나 결재를 하고 아직 끝나기 전의 문서
- 접수대기 : 타 부서나 외부로부터 온 문서
- 개인문서함[결재한문서] : 본인이 결재한 문서
- 기록물대장[완료함] : 결재가 모두 끝난 문서
- 기안한문서함[상신함] : 본인이 기안한 문서
